Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Brixham

Spent 4 wonderful days with our multi generational family with ages ranging from 18 mths -90! to celebrate my father’s 90th birthday. The house was perfect in every way, providing en-suite bedrooms and a luxurious main bathroom. The children (18mths-7 years old) especially loved the unique cinema room and the games room. But as we were lucky enough to have incredible weather we all spent a lot of time in the enclosed gardens where we enjoyed the bbq and the pizza oven. The nearby beaches are stunning and we did a treasure hunt on Blackpool Sands for the kids. All in all, a fantastic house with breathtaking views of the coast. Would love to go back!!

What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

Perfect stay! 10 minutes walk to beach and high street. The house had all the amenities and was very very clean. Roger and Sarah were really responsive and kind. The house was really modern, clean and just what we wanted. Will visit again!

Wir waren eine Woche im AirBnB von Stuart und Alison. Einfach alles absolut traumhaft. Man wacht auf mit der Morgensonne und kann auf der Terrasse gemütlich mit einem Kaffee in den Tag starten. Am Pier hat man die Möglichkeit zu essen, sich in den Arcades zu beschäftigen oder einfach einen schönen Strand Spaziergang zu machen. In acht Minuten ist man zu Fuß mitten in der Stadt von paignton. Die Lage ist also absolut perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wenn es mal regnet findet man im ersten Stock ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und im Lagerraum genug Gemeinschaftsspiele um sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Alles in allem waren wir hier überaus glücklich und sehr zufrieden mit allen angeboten. Und wenn man mal eine Frage hat erreicht man Stuart direkt und er antwortet auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Stuart und Alison für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir behalten euch definitiv in Erinnerung. Viele liebe Grüße und eine gute Zeit wünschen wir den beiden. 🥰

A wonderful house and the allocated parking was a huge bonus. Terrific views. Everything was better than we expected.

This is an excellent location just as described with wonderful views over the sea. The house was immaculate and the kitchen equipment was all we could have wanted. Hazel responded rapidly to queries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation recommending it to others.

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.

A lovely flat, well located for the city, with the Heaviyree park right next door. The flat is clean and comfortable with everything needed. Adrian was quick to answer any questions. A great stay

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

Pauline was a lovely host and ensured we were well looked after. The accomadation was quiet and comfortable with great views, outside space and a fab bed and shower. The cake was also delicious. This is a great place to stay if you’re considering a trip to Salcombe. Definitely try breakfast at the Salcombe coffee shop.

Louise is an incredible host. Her house is really well located, beautifully decorated and Louise has thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. We’re already booked in twice more this year!

Lovely stay at Merida apartment. Myself, my partner, our 6 month old daughter and my mum stayed here. Very clean and cosy accommodation. Beds very comfortable, travel cot for our daughter was great. The bathroom is very nice also! Fully functioning kitchen with everything you could need which was great for us with a baby! Short 5 minute walk to Torquay harbour which was full of nice pubs, shops and restaurants. Also easy enough to go for a longer walk if want to. Over all accommodation and location were excellent and we are already talking of booking again. Louise was also very responsive in the lead up to our arrival and we met her when we arrived. Lovely lady and a great host

Another great holiday at Goodrington Lodge. We've stayed numerous times in different apartments here over the last 10 years or so and we still come back every year. The location is great for us and is very dog friendly. Our 2 Jack Russell's love it. Apartment 7 is ideal for us and the dogs and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Adam is a great host, very friendly and quick to reply to messages. We will be back again for certain!

We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

Great location and sea views. Clear instructions on getting into property and parking space. Laura was a responsive host and would definitely return for another visit.

The perfect place to stay for a few nights while I was on a course - much better than a hotel room. Close to train station and within walking distance of the town centre, supermarket and the river area. We used the drive for the car, but it might be a bit offputting for some. Very clean, with a well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. We felt very at-home, and the bedrooms worked well for three adults. Good comms from the owner.

My friends and I visited Helena’s place and it was just perfect! It was clean and she had a lovely hamper for us that we all enjoyed. The location was perfect and extremely walkable to the city. It rained for an entire afternoon on our stay but we chose to stay in and there were so many options of movies, games and books that kept us entertained. I would definitely come back :))

We have stayed in Karen’s flat before. It is conveniently situated just around the corner from Preston Sands so is a quieter location but an easy, level walk to the sea. The private parking is a bonus at busy times and is reasonably spacious and easy to access. The flat was super clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Shops and takeaways all within easy walking distance too. Certainly hope to stay again and this is now the first place we check for availability when visiting our friends in the area.

Beautiful place within walking distance of everything you want in exmouth, shops, parks, beach and restaurants. Photos don’t do the rooms or place justice for size, very spacious. Host was super responsive and very quick to help before and during stay. Thank you again. Would highly recommend and will re booking again.

Perfect place for two! Easy access to town promenade and the beautiful back beach Not our 1st visit or our last visit to Teignmouth but our first with Luke hosting…. We will be back! Everything you need, all has been thought of clean comfortable quiet with cream tea and bubbles on arrival! Detailed access to lock box and free parking instructions, internet, great communication from Luke prior to arrival. A*****

We had a lovely long weekend (4 night) stay (family of 4) at the apartment. We chose this apartment as it's in a good location (great views, near to the town and the harbour (approx. 15 min walk with young children), and it looked well maintained, very clean, etc). The photos did it justice, and was as expected. Martin was there to greet us on arrival, and had laid out some beach toys for the children. There was milk, tea, coffee, and a bottle of Prosecco in the apartment, which was a nice touch. There were some printed out maps of local places (beaches etc.) to visit, in the apartment, which Martin talked us through. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!! If we stay in Torquay again, we would happily stay at this apartment again.
