We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming at the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. Glad to come back!

Angela is the perfect host. She welcomed us so warmly and prepared everything for us with love. She thought of everything. The rooms are large and flooded with lots of light. I felt very comfortable and could only enjoy this week. If you want this location and the views, you've found the right place with Angela. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Maggiore – despite the mixed weather! Almost continuous rain did not stop us from fully enjoying the stay in Monica's fantastic apartment. The accommodation offers real luxury and comfort: The kitchen is perfectly equipped (including juicer, wok, small olive bowls and much more), so we could make ideal use of the bad weather to cook extensively. It was also particularly nice to read comfortably in front of the fireplace or to watch the rain on the balcony in the courtyard. Cannobio is a charming little town – the weekly market on Sunday and Thursday is highly recommended! Monica was an excellent host: incredibly friendly, open and always helpful. Our culinary recommendation: Oggi Pasta & Trattoria Cannobio (a bit more expensive, but really delicious)! We will definitely be back in the summer, looking forward to a hike to Monte Giove and a boat tour

The place is so great, quiet and undisturbed as a corner apartment with a great terrace and small lawn. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. Rebecca was always quick to reach and the welcome package with a few groceries was very thoughtful and kind of her. It was an extremely relaxing vacation with baby and we highly recommend the accommodation.

This place is amazing! Super tranquil, excellent view, location is superb. Birgitt and her co host are very kind and easy to communicate with. The house is stunning and has so much character and charm. I’d come back anytime.

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's place. The room was great and had everything you needed - even tips for hiking and eating. Carmen was quick and super helpful with questions. And because that wasn't enough, there was an idyllic pool and plenty of help and support with inquiries or special requests. We certainly weren't here for the last time and thank Carmen for her great hospitality!

We had a lovely time- With a beautiful view, which was worth the sweat up and down the stairs. Kathi's guidebook is so helpful and we had the best Lake Como swim just a few steps away! We managed to still work remotely, the WIFI was stable enough for video calls, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a 5 star stay! If Daisy had an elevator & AC I would've given her 10 stars!

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Amazing house in the middle of a paradise! We loved every second of our weekend and would recommend this place if you want to relax and recharge from the chaos of the everyday life. The house was clean and has everything you need.

A magically beautiful place in the Centovalli. The rustic house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and welcomes you with the charm of an old Ticino farmhouse from 1791. Communication with Stefano worked very well. Thank you for this wonderful week.

The place was insanely good! The amenities in particular were above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

We found the place right away. Christian and Laura gave us a video description of the route. Check-in was smooth with key box. The apartment is super clean, cozy and wonderfully quiet and picturesque. The place is perfect if you want to be completely alone. We loved everything and will definitely try to stay with Christian and Laura again next year for a few days. Everything was perfect for us!

Sandra is a super friendly, courteous and helpful host who can be reached at any time. There was even a dog bowl filled with water ready for us on arrival. The apartment itself and the location are first class. The view of the lake from the apartment and also from the terrace are unique. Access to the second apartment in the house was cut off so that no one could walk past the terrace. This point was criticized in another review, but no longer applies. It is very private. The apartment and Sandra as a host are highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

Great place with enchanting views. Beautiful pool and absolutely homely pergola and BBQ. Beds are fresh and comfortable. Clean and tidy. Even has games on site in case it rains or is cold.

What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

A very beautiful place — everything was perfect.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic Airbnb in the mountains near Lake Lugano. The small Italian village exudes tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The surrounding nature with its mountains is breathtaking, and there are numerous opportunities for hikes and walks. The Airbnb itself is immaculately clean and cozy – a perfect place to get away from it all. If you are looking for peace, nature and Italian village idyll, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!
