The villa is located slightly above Brissago in sunny Ticino. It offers a perfect compromise between central location (the town center and the lake are within walking distance) and nature. Via a park-like garden, you get to the villa with 5 bedrooms. Four of them on the second floor and one in as part of a separate self-contained apartment in the basement. A balcony and several terraces offer the opportunity to relax outdoors. A swimming pool is also available during summer months.

Villa Chiara is a lovingly renovated Ticino house in a quiet hillside location above Lake Maggiore. Absolutely privately located on a non-visible property, surrounded by spectacular nature. The Mediterranean garden with palm trees, figs & pomegranates gives the house a wonderful atmosphere. From almost all rooms you can enjoy the spectacular panoramic view over the lake to Italy. A pool and cozy seating invite you to relax. Note: 7-minute walk from the parking lot.

Fairytale on the lake

The beams are from the 1800s, the bookcase was created using an old fireplace, the stone emerges to remember the past. On the ground floor of a central house overlooking the lake there is this little world with a kitchen, a wonderful bathroom and lots of art. You can have breakfast outdoors among the roses and the lake but even in winter the heat inside invites you to drink a herbal tea. The tourist tax fr. 2.-- per person per day is to be paid separately.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Cozy and central flat in Losone

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor. Very bright and welcoming. Equipped kitchen. Nespresso coffee machine with 10 free capsules available. Garden shared with the owners. Hammock and grill usable. Situation: the apartment is located in a very quiet area; public transport and supermarkets just a few minutes away. The village of Ascona is a 15/20 minute walk away.

Your home at the lake

This traditional house was used by our family for decades as a holiday home and holds many beautiful memories. Now we are all grown up and have decided to give other families, couples or singles a chance to create memories at the lake. Our house has been freshly renovated inside out and we appreciate if guests take good care of our jewel. Please keep it nice and tidy.
