We travel to visit family. The area is very quiet and close to parks , leisure areas, health center, restaurants, train... Everything is very well connected. Rosa excellent host, from the first moment she was interested in that we had what we needed, the husband left us the house warmly so that the reception was very pleasant, she helped us with the luggage...Nice, very good treatment, communicative, available, recommended 💯

We were as a family with three children in Lourdes' apartment. Very well equipped, everything sparkling clean. Lourdes is an exemplary hostess, we felt very comfortable. Big "plus" for the complete breakfast equipment. The apartment is 3 minutes by car to the highway to Madrid and it takes a good 40 minutes to Toledo. We can fully recommend staying with Lourdes.

Consuelo was very proactive, clear and generous at all times. Just the front of the building was under repair but it didn't bother at all. The apartment was super comfortable for us. We were two adult couples and two girls, we handled each other very well. The location is comfortable, we arrived quickly walking anywhere. Thank you Consuelo! We felt great in Madrid!

This place was a perfect launch pad for our trip to Madrid. It was a great place to stay with kids and the hosts were super helpful and responsive.

the new and very clean apartment, very spacious and comfortable, perfect for two adults and a child, with two bathrooms, which is also very practical, the kitchen is very well equipped, the neighborhood is very quiet, next to a good coffee shop for breakfast, to the center you arrive perfectly with the train from Getafe station, it is 15-20 min, we loved everything, we came in Easter and we had a great time!

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

Best place to stay in Madrid. Great location and best host ever. Gillermo and Vojko were very attentive and responsive since we arrived. The appartment was in good condition with everything you need to stay in Madrid, walkable distance to everything, Plaza España, Gran Via, markets, Panaderia, etc. I recommend 100%.
