The cottage has been renovated in a modern contemporary style. The main bedrooms have furniture from Lombok.The furniture is complimented by bed linen from the white company giving an overall luxurious and classy feel to the accommodation. The suspended fire in the lounge is a focal point and is enjoyed from the comfort of the large L shaped pink couch.Sitting under the stars in the hot tub really gives you the feeling that you are on holiday and is a restorative treat after being at the beach.

Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

Netherhams is a cosy picturesque cottage in heart of the lovely village of Georgeham. It is fully self-contained, very well equipped and is perfect for a relaxing stay. The interior retains the original features such as bread ovens, inglenook and beamed ceilings and is full of charm, but it has all the comforts of a modern fully equipped kitchen and stylish bathrooms. This is a perfect escape for families, couples and friends. The cottage comes with a free car pass for Putsborough Sands.

With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

The Little Beeches is a one bedroom cottage which has a luxurious king size bed, shower room with walk in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, integrated microwave, full size oven and washing machine. Outside is a large decked area with stunning views, BBQ and seating.

Our riverside cottage is close to everything you need in the lovely village of Braunton, yet feels a million miles from everyday life. This is a 200 year old cottage with a cosy contemporary feel. We have 2 double rooms with an extra fold out bed/ travel cot possible. This makes a perfect base to surf, walk, cycle (right next to the Tarka trail) or just chill in the lovely garden or in front of the woodburner. Couples, friends, children and a well behaved dog all welcome.

The Chiggypig - Braunton

The Chiggypig is a converted detached annex situated in the grounds of our Victorian home. It was previously an old coach house which we completely renovated into a contemporary living space in 2018. Its elevated position offers views across to Appledore, Hartland Point and Saunton. Decorated to a high spec, it is designed and suitable for couples or a single person looking for a peaceful break away on this gorgeous North Devon coastline.

Board Room @ Green Rooms is a contemporary and spacious one bedroom apartment. 5 meter bi-fold doors from the living area open onto your own private South facing decked garden. A real suntrap with sun loungers and outdoor dining area to enjoy. A great nights sleep awaits you in the sumptuous super-king bed and in the morning roll back the huge sliding barn door to reveal the view of the sun coming up over Saunton Down right from your bed.

The garden side is separate from the house however is delightful to sit and enjoy a lovely sundowner.
