The cottage has been renovated in a modern contemporary style. The main bedrooms have furniture from Lombok.The furniture is complimented by bed linen from the white company giving an overall luxurious and classy feel to the accommodation. The suspended fire in the lounge is a focal point and is enjoyed from the comfort of the large L shaped pink couch.Sitting under the stars in the hot tub really gives you the feeling that you are on holiday and is a restorative treat after being at the beach.

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

It is a 10 minute walk from The Tarka Trail with traffic free cycling, walking and running alongside the river. Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of golden sands and surf.

200 Year Old Riverside Cottage + Garden

Our riverside cottage is close to everything you need in the lovely village of Braunton, yet feels a million miles from everyday life. This is a 200 year old cottage with a cosy contemporary feel. We have 2 double rooms with an extra fold out bed/ travel cot possible. This makes a perfect base to surf, walk, cycle (right next to the Tarka trail) or just chill in the lovely garden or in front of the woodburner. Couples, friends, children and a well behaved dog all welcome.
