Vacation rentals with beach access in Braunton

Aisling was an amazing host. Answered any queries in a very friendly and efficient manner. Accommodation was very clean,had everything we needed. Great location,short walk to beach etc. Parking very useful. Would highly recommend. 🙂

Proximity to 3 world class beaches.amd seclusion. I only marked down value as I don't agree with the market rate. Its a fair price in an unfair market. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Thanks Jan

Leilas appartment has a lovely view of the harbour. The walk down is fairly steep so consequently so is the walk back. It’s a good central point for checking out North Devon.

Lovely apartment over looking the harbour! We enjoyed our stay at Lindsey’s place. The apartment was spacious and she has everything you could need such as; dvd’s, cd’s, guitar, ukulele and games! There’s parking and it’s only a short walk to the harbour. Would recommend!

The view from the apartment was worth it. Whilst the weather was rubbish and Westward Ho!… a tad underwhelming. Sitting and watching the sea at the end of a day was so beautiful even on a blustery rainy day.

What a great place to stay! Everything in Ilfracombe was walkable from here. We were attending a wedding at tunnels beach and this gave us the perfect base. The flat was excellent. High standard of fittings and features and everything we could have needed. Louise was quick to respond and gave me really clear instructions for finding the flat. And the private off road parking space was brilliant and hassle free. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Naomi’s place with our two young children. The location is perfect - 5 min walk from the beach and literally a road away from the main strip of shops and restaurants. View is spectacular when having a cup of tea by the window! Use of the amenities at the nearby holiday park is a real bonus. Apartment was absolutely spotless, and had some really thoughtful extras, like a hidden doll house, some kids books and games. Thank you for a brilliant stay, we’ll be back!

Thank you Samantha, we had a fantastic relaxing week. The house is immaculate and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous with ample space for the dogs to run and explore. The whole place is top notch and we hope to stay again!

Lovely location! Richard was proactive in letting us know we could check in early if we wished and even offered us extra nights and late checkout when he had a last minute cancellation. Quiet and peaceful location for us to explore the area. The bed and bedding were the comfiest of any Airbnb we have stayed in! Handy features like a drying room, storage cupboard with coat hooks, outdoor shower and furniture. Parking pass for Putsborough beach car park was really useful for exploring too! Very dog friendly with high, secure fencing and outdoor shower.

The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close enough to visit some beautiful places along the North Devon coast (by car) yet peaceful and quiet. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. This is our third visit to Southerly and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . Eddie’s by the sea is the perfect get away! Lovely decor and very clean. What a great location by the sea. Shaun and Mel were great in terms of communication and they had thought of everything you need whilst away. Lovely high power shower and the fudge on arrival was a nice touch too. The apartment was clean, modern, peaceful and well situated. Kirsten left a very handy information pack and we had everything we needed for our stay, so we didn’t need to bother the hosts. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, the kitchen well equipped, and the living area light, bright and with a nice view across the trees of the garden. Having driveway parking was a real bonus, and Lidl supermarket was just 3 minutes walk round the corner. A great place to stay!

Adrienne’s apartment was fantastic for our stay in Woolacombe, including for our 3 year old Labrador. The apartment is in a great location just 5 minutes walk from the town and no more than 10 minutes from the beach, with amazing views from the balcony, from which we had some beautiful meals overlooking the sea. The apartment itself is very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for a brilliant stay - we’d love to come back!

This was our third time staying here. It’s a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and in a great location. Paul and Wendy are very friendly and helpful hosts. We love coming here to relax and walk. We can safely park up the car on the drive and not have to use it again until we leave, as there are lots of nice places to visit on foot, good restaurants and cafes.

Emma’s description of The Snug is spot on and her communication was excellent. A slightly unprepossessing exterior belies a very comfortable and cosy apartment. It’s very well equipped with some very thoughtful touches and it had everything we needed for a short stay and was spotless clean. We met the neighbours who were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

Emily’s apartment is really comfy and more than covers all the bases. It was clean, light and well equipped. Emily sets you up with tea, milk etc. Easy parking and handy for the beaches and lovely walks. We slept well and found it an easy, attractive and generally great base for our stay. Communication with Emily was excellent. Thankyou.

Apartment was lovely, as described and a good location for exploring Ilfracombe and surrounding areas. It is an apartment in a block, so we could hear the apartment above and while we were there, they were very noisy. Local pubs and restaurants were very good and only a short drive to Woolacombe beach, well worth a visit. Communication from Shirley was excellent.

Fantastic stay, David was a great host with brilliant communication. The apartment was clean and well decorated with everything we needed. Small beach round the corner which the kids loved and a 30min walk into Ilfracome. Would definitely recommend.
