The cottage is situated in the village of Rockford, 4 miles walk from Lynmouth or a short drive. It boasts modern appliances and design. Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed. The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

The property - over 2 floors, has access from both kitchen and living room. With off-road parking for 2 cars. On arrival you will be greeted by Sue with a complimentary bottle of pink sparkling wine, fresh ground coffee and milk. The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. This newly refurbished cabin is beautifully rustic boho styled with 2 ensuite King bedrooms sleeping up to 4. There's an open plan lounge and kitchen opening onto a private, furnished decking with everything you need including oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. This is a cosy sanctuary for peace.

North Devon Countryside: Peace, Walks, Family Time

Orchard setting with beautiful views, our holiday caravan is somewhere to truly relax and imagine how life could be. Fully equipped for 4 guests, there is private parking, a garden with seating, fire pit and BBQ. Late May to early September guests have shared use of a heated swimming pool. A shared games room with pub pool table is available. Situated a couple of miles from the village, our accommodation is within easy reach of shops and places to eat. There are plenty of country pubs too.

Hill Top

Hilltop is a cosy, homely, super comfy dog friendly lodge set in an idyllic rural setting. Sleeps two in one double bedroom, you can also squeeze in a child or two on the sofa bed if you don't mind a bit of a squash. Accommodation also consists of a lounge-diner, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Enclosed deck with beautiful views over Dartmoor. Private parking for one vehicle. Wi fi, an indoor pool, a coarse fishing lake, laundry room, children's play area, outdoor bbq and picnic tables.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.

We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.
