In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Set in the peaceful North Devon countryside, just a few minute’s drive from Woolacombe, our cosy cottage is a place to remember. We’ve included plenty of touches that will make it feel like your home as well as ours. In a quiet corner of beautiful Willingcott Valley’s landscaped grounds, summer guests (June to Sept) can access the heated outdoor swimming pool. Our neighbouring property (Bay Tree Cottage – four doors along), means we can accommodate groups of up to ten (plus two infants).

Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. The open-plan living, dining, and cooking space with double height creates an ideal socialising area and has sliding doors leading to a private decked terrace equipped with an outdoor dining suite and electric hot tub. The house features four bedrooms, with two having king size beds and two as twins, adaptable to super kings on request. The emphasis is on comfort, luxury and relaxation.

Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of woodlands at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.
