Woolstone Cottage is situated in the hillside village of Ashford with views over The River Taw. It is a 10 minute walk from The Tarka Trail with traffic free cycling, walking and running alongside the river. The trail connects to the market town of Barnstaple and the village of Braunton with its surf shops and cafes. The Heanton Court Inn is within walking distance along the trail. Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of dog friendly golden sands and surf

The Studio is a unique detached cottage sitting in a private location, in beautiful countryside just minutes from the North Devon coast. It has it's own enclosed garden, parking space, and is situated down a stream-lined lane, (perfect for dog walking!) tucked away and yet a few minutes drive from shops, pubs and beaches. The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach, for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

Broadeford Barn is a lovely spacious barn conversion close to the beautiful north Devon coast and excellently located for guests to enjoy the exceptional beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.

Our riverside cottage is close to everything you need in the lovely village of Braunton, yet feels a million miles from everyday life. This is a 200 year old cottage with a cosy contemporary feel. We have 2 double rooms with an extra fold out bed/ travel cot possible. This makes a perfect base to surf, walk, cycle (right next to the Tarka trail) or just chill in the lovely garden or in front of the woodburner. Couples, friends, children and a well behaved dog all welcome.

The space is a no converted loft of detached bungalow, set back from a peaceful Cul de Sac, a few miles from the beautiful local beaches and a short walk/drive to the village of Braunton. The Lookout is a log cabin which occupies a superb position with spectacular views over Braunton, the burrows and beyond. The log cabin is situated at the top of our garden next to our house. Access is via some steps - certainly well worth it for the view. We are conveniently located within the village of Braunton, around 5-7 minutes walk to the centre where there are a great variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There is off street parking for one car.
