A complete kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, shower, as well as air conditioning in the living room, complete the apartment. The Halle/Leipzig metropolitan region can be reached in a short time. In the garden there is a trampoline, slide, climbing frame, barbecue area and terrace.

Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
