With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

It has been almost completely renovated, from the floors to the bathroom to the kitchen. When putting together the inventory, I placed a particular emphasis on quality and value. Both bedrooms have 55-inch (1.40 m) beds with Emma One mattresses. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a high-quality Nobilia kitchen. In the living room, she has a 75-inch TV.

The HOCHwasser vacation home is a special retreat with breathtaking 360° views over the lake and fields. Relax in the sauna or on the sheltered patio with a fire pit, barbecue, and lounge furniture. Downstairs: bedroom, bathroom and sauna. On the 2nd floor, there is a kitchen with a large dining table and a suspended sleeping bunk.
