In Ry on the doorstep to Österlen you will find this charming and simple guest house in a fantastic location surrounded by pastures as well as deciduous forests. The guest house has 2 beds as well as a small kitchenette with dining area, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee maker, kettle, glass & crockery as well as a charcoal grill. The WC and the shower are located in our house and shared with the host family. You can reach the bathroom via a private entrance in close proximity to the guest house. Bed linens, towels, dishes, and final cleaning are included in the cleaning fee.

Wonderful home in the middle of Skåne

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of space. Beautiful forests with rich animal and bird life. Pheasants, gladas, eagles to name a few. Deer, deer (even white) roam around us. Only 3 km to the swimming area. Close to many of the Skåne castles. 10 km to the nearest town. Also the sea is close: 35 min to Ystad, 45 min to Malmö. Sjöbo Golf Club (18 holes) is just 12 minutes away. We also have Rönås Byakrog serving Danish pork roast with red cabbage every Friday 7 minutes from here.

We stayed in Johan's apartment for 6 nights with 4 people. The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. We were able to sleep wonderfully in the beds. The open kitchen/kitchen-living room our main place to stay. Although we didn't have good weather, time hasn't been long for us. We met Johan. He is very nice and took good care of us. We had a lovely weekend in this stuga! It's close to a farm but completely surrounded by nature - very private, intimate, charming location. 🌳Everything (bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, basic things for cooking) is provided, so all you need to bring is yourself, your toothbrush, and your clothes! 🌸 What I especially liked that there weren't strict check-out cleaning rules like with other similar cottage houses we've stayed at before, so you can completely sit back and relax. 🌱 Charlotte is super friendly, gave us tons of recommendations, and allowed us to leave our bags in the shed after check-out, so we could explore the surroundings a bit longer. If you come without a car, then it's worth noting that there isn't any grocery store in walking distance, and the train station is approx an hour walk away on concrete road, or 45 minutes on dirt road. Overall, amazing cottage, will definitely return!✨

The hosts…good people make good hosts. Interesting, thoughtful, kind and gracious. Wish we had more time to converse and learn. The apartment…beautiful. Very stylishly appointed, while maintaining a high comfort factor. Well equipped. And immaculate. The vibe…can’t adequately describe the cool factor. Nature, design, art and food (we didn’t dine, but safe to say it would be good). The setting…magical, an oasis of calm, but still close enough to everything that begs exploration in the area.
