In the middle of Lund, this charming street house dates back to 1875. In a room with private entrance and toilet and access to the garden you live centrally and close to everything. The room is bright and fresh.
“Stayed for a week in Lund and really enjoyed this room in Martina's house. The room has really nice and thoughtful interior, its own entrance and bathroom, perfect. Thank you Martina for hosting such a great stay in Lund.”
An apartment in a charming house from the turn of the century 1900. Own bathroom, kitchen and living room. (At least) two bikes. Lägenhet i charmigt hus från sekelskiftet 1900. Egen dusch/toa. Eget kök. Eget vardagsrum. (Minst) två cyklar.
“This charming apartment really enchanted and inspired us. The tasteful furnishings and the loving details have stimulated our mind and relaxed our temper after our exhausting journeys to Copenhagen and Malmö. The interior was excellent and nothing was missing. The trip with the antique bone-shakers, called bicycles these days, was also a special experience. The ride was funny, scary and exciting at the same time and we are glad that we had this experience, but at the same time we are also glad that we survived this ride safely. ;) We enjoyed the time in Lund and the surrounding area very much, and if the compass takes us to this area again, we will be happy to set up our camp at your place again.”
A small house in Lund in a quiet area 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. One room with 2 beds and one room with a sofa bed for 2 persons (140 cm). 4 beds all together. Small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Free parking. The adress is Kävlingevägen 30, Lund.
“My family stayed in this small house for two weeks upon moving to Sweden. It is indeed small, but the location is great. Many things are in walking distance. Nearly everything we needed was in the kitchen and the things that weren't there we could improvise solutions to. The bathroom is small, but again, has everything someone would need. I think this place is ideal for 2-4 adults who are on holiday and plan on only breakfasting in the house or cooking simple meals. For a family of 4, 2 of which are small children, during the covid-19 pandemic when eating out is frowned on, there were challenges involved staying here for 2 weeks. HOWEVER, despite all that we felt very comfortable there and Tomas is a fantastic host. He provided us everything we needed, everything we asked for, offered pleasant conversation, brought personal items over for our children to use while we stayed there. He's just amazing. Therefore I can only recommend that others also stay. Thanks Tomas!”
