Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the centre. We provide bicycles for our guests- so you can discover Lund like a native!

Arbetsplats med skön arbetsstol. Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt i lilla charmiga Lund, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse här. 10 minuters promenad till mitten av centrum. Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen i stor villa, byggd år 1901. Stor trädgård med många olika rum! En fridfull oas!

Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök och vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt, äldre kvarter några minuters promenad från Lund C, domkyrkan, universitet, stadspark, idrottsplats mm. Det finns tre sovrum i nedre plan och två rymliga badrum med toalett & dusch samt en separat liten toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Studsmatta för barnen. Bra wifi. Parkering i området (9 kr/tim dagtid, söndag ingen avgift).

Lägenheten ligger i centrum nära universitetet, Botaniska trädgården, dagligvarubutiker och affärer. Det finns ingen hiss. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. Tvättmaskin finns i lägenheten. Ytterligare tvättstugan ligger i källaren, den nås via trädgården i vänstra delen av huset - sett från trädgården

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Varmvattenberedaren ger ca 50 l vilket innebär ca 7” dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person (varmvattnet) men det går även att bo två gäster i den.
