Terry was a great host, he showed us the quickest way to bike to the beach and gave great local recommendations. He was very friendly and helpful. The beach bikes, chairs, towels and coolers were great touches. We truly appreciated the great hospitality!

The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly and polite. Amelia met me at the door and gave me the key; walked me through the rental unit to make sure I had everything I needed and was happy with the accommodations. She even offered to let me use the outside kitchen area to cook in so the room didn't smell of food. The bed was comfortable; firm but also with enough softness to support the back well. The shower is the size of a one person stall and the hot water takes a moment to warm up but there was plenty of hot water and it got nice and hot. There was an induction stove to use but the pans/pots are not compatible so I bought my own. I could have asked Amelia for different pots/pans but I needed to get a set to travel w/anyway. There was a set of two bowls/plates/cups/mugs/silverware, etc. The refrigerator is full size w/a freezer. The entire place was very clean. Easy to use TV and AC. Room is on a busy residential street so be okay w/traffic noise but didn't bother us.

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

I stayed three nights in Lazarus’s comfortable and private studio while visiting my elderly mother in Sarasota. I was busy with family things during the day, but enjoyed lovely early morning walks in the Sapphire Shores neighborhood. Quiet at night and a comfortable bed. I would like to come back!

Bob and Liz's place was very inviting and felt clean the moment we walked in. We were in town for a wedding and the location was convenient. We also have friends on Davis Island which was a quick drive to see them. We would definitely stay here again. When we had questions or needed something, they were very helpful and responsive. We would recommend staying there.

absolutely fantastic unit! very quiet, in a very nice neighborhood, and a quick commute to anywhere i went in tampa. bref and sarah were fantastic hosts. i highly recommend this property to anyone visiting tampa that wants to be close to all the action, without actually be right in all the action. loved it, and would absolutely stay here again!

Location location location! This is your private beach hut on your private beach while only being 200 yards from the most popular restaurants in lovely Gulfport. Since Lisa’s property is separated from town by a small park it is so quiet you would think you were on a private island. Inside the unit you’ll have everything you need for a long stay. Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, dishes, etc.

great property but could use a smidge of TLC on some of the amenities. bocce ball box was very weathered and broke when we picked it up from the accessories areas. Unfortunately, the gas grill, jacuzzi, and BBQ were not usuable during our stay due to a gas line issue. Obviously, it was beyond their control but definitely a bummer because we planned our dinner around using it. the service was fantastic and our family really enjoyed the guesthouse and grounds. we'll return again if in the area!

Great place to stay for a good nights rest

We had a wonderful stay in Bárbara’s studio! She was super kind from the very beginning and always made sure we had everything we needed. The studio has all the comforts you could ask for—hope we can come back soon!

I enjoyed my stay, have the private patio was a nice touch and it was 20 minutes or less to everything I needed. I would stay here again!

Tropical Oasis at Kevins place exceeded our expectations! It was more than enough for my husband and I. Everything we needed was provided even water. The location was great, close to food, attractions, ybor city, etc. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you for an amazing stay Kevin.

IF YOU ARE A COUPLE IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! THIS WAS AMAZING AND SPACIOUS! The floors have a very luxury feel and the bed was so comfy and clean. WiFi was amazing, location was amazing, and everything about this place and the host was perfect! You are missing out if you don’t book here!

Great clean cozy spot! However if you like to control your own thermostat and a/c be mindful when booking :) The host controls the ac and you have to message her to change settings. Other than that, the Airbnb was comfortable and clean!

great location in between tampa and clear water. 15-30 min drive to each from the home. home itself is very comfortable and easily accessible. would recommend 10/10.

Great place to stay!!!

The very private two (2) bedroom guest suite with one bath & TVs in each room was exactly as shown. Very clean, attractive and comfortable. Similar to interior hotel rooms with no living room but had a hallway, mini kitchen, coffee island and car parking in the garage. Mini fridge located in one bedroom with full size fridge and washer & dryer in garage. Overall, a very good fit for our needs with short 1 mile drive to get on 275 to our visiting destinations. Would rent again.

This unit was the perfect size and location for us. The kitchen is well stocked. Courtyard outside is very private and relaxing, especially since it's located in a cul-de-sac. Nubia was very responsive. Even at 9:00 at night! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful! We were looking for relaxation and were very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Elma was gracious and let us check a little early. We are so thankful for that. The place is cute and has everything you need, especially the best bed ever. I always wake up refreshed! We're gonna return again, and we are looking forward to it
