Terry went above and beyond to make sure we knew how to get around town, and gave lots of great recommendations! The place was equipped with all your beach needs — umbrella, towels, coolers, even sunscreen! Having the bikes was great and allowed us to get to Siesta beach within 15 minutes or so. 😊

We had a great stay at Terrys place. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. Bathroom was very clean and amazing shower! We loved using the pool and spending time in the garden. Terry had big booklets of recommendations which were super helpful and left us a lovely welcome package of food and drinks which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, very quiet but also close to the beach and everything we needed.

Loved our short stay at this listing. Suited our needs perfectly. Very clean modern and well presented. Good private parking which suited our stay personally as we came and went throughout our stay regularly.

I was so thrilled to get back to this location and Maria’s airbnb. It is a perfect spot for me to be near the best beach in USA for a great price and accommodations were so comfortable and beautiful. There is a free shuttle to the beach called the Frog hop you can call ! I felt so comfortable at this place I want to call it home!!I definitely want to come back for my next stay ! Our stay was wonderful! No Snow Zone was a perfect location right in the middle of everywhere we needed to be. The place was very clean and had every amenity you could think of. Tammy was an amazing host and talking to her felt like you’ve known her for years. I wish we could’ve stayed longer because it felt like home.

Lindsey's Airbnb was the perfect space for my boyfriend and I to stay for the weekend. The shower in the bathroom is huge and while it is just a room, it was private and had plenty of space! She even has beach chairs and an umbrella and cooler that you can borrow to go to the beach (very necessary). I highly recommend this host and their Airbnb.

Good location, host provides bikes and it will take 7 minutes to ride a bike over the bridge to the beach. Be aware thou, the bikes have no gears so it was a bit challenging on a bridge. Please is clean, nice looking. Good matress. No hooks for clothes is probably the only inconvenience we had.

The animal house is truly a beautiful place. It was our first time in the Sarasota area and we were able to go to different beaches, since it was located in the middle of everything. Bethany also went above and beyond with allowing us early check-in and late check out to due our flight delay. Pool and hot tub looked clean. One of the great things we were very happy was using the kitchen counter which is loaded with everything you need. Well it didn’t have a blender but we told Bethany, and she was able to provide us a bullet blender to make daiquiris. Having the balcony/patio as private use was also nice, we had breakfast there while enjoying the morning breeze and observing the nature, different kind of birds and lizards. Second time staying at the studio in Sarasota, and it never disappoints! We love the hospitality, the quiet street, and the walkability of the location. We hope to return again soon ☀️

Had a great stay. Perfect for a long weekend! Place was very nice and very clean. Close to the beach and there is a provided list of local activities and recommendations that are very helpful! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place to stay. Everything was as expected and easy. Uber rides arrived super quick and took only minutes to get around town. Saved a bunch of money compared to hotels as well. Very peaceful area and quiet inside the unit - no noisy people around either! I would stay here again.

This was perfect for us. It was close to many things especially the beach. Chris was an excellent host and would definitely stay there again.

This was a nice little place. The owners were very responsive. The neighborhood is on a quiet road. They are not far from the UTC mall and all of those amenities. Overall, a great experience! I'll check them out again if I need a place to stay in Sarasota.

The stay at James' house was worth every penny. The place is beautiful, everything is super clean. James responded quickly to my messages and was attentive and busy with our comfort and well-being. He even suggested places to visit. It was really a luxury to stay at his house, and if we return to the city, we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and peaceful property! Marilyn and Erika were very pleasant to deal with in all aspects. The apartment is exactly as described and even better in person. It’s a great calm sanctuary atmosphere to reboot and relax after long days. We look forward to staying again in the near future!

Cute garage conversion with modern bathroom and kitchenette. Perfect location to check out Sarasota and surrounding beaches (less than 10 minutes to tons of stores and restaurants, 15 minutes to Siesta Key beach, 20 minutes to Lido Key beach and St Armand's Circle, and 25-30 minutes to Venice Beach). The regular bed was comfortable and very much appreciated that there was a mattress topper for the foldout, making it much better than most foldouts for our kiddo. Was great to have access to a washer dryer to clean our suits in between beach trips as it was a rainy weekend and was not able to hang them outside to dry/air out. Also nice to have the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels so that we didn't have to pack those items. The back patio area was quite pretty with lots of foliage and several chairs to hangout. Would definitely stay again while in the area.
