One of the most well-equipped, most tastefully decorated homes we have stayed at. Seems like it has been updated recently based on the excellent condition and modern amenities, especially the bathrooms which were spotless. Beds were comfortable and sheets/towels soft. We like to cook during our stays, and the kitchen was well-equipped with anything you might need (and some). We were drawn the patio and pool area based on the reviews, and they did not disappoint. Pool is amazing. Both it and the surrounding area was as clean as the rest of the property. Water was warm, but still cool enough to be refreshing (in June). Very comfortable place to spend time, and wish we could have stayed longer. Rich was very communicative both prior to and during the stay, and the check-in process was easily the best I have experienced. Would definitely return again!

Our family had the best time at Dana’s. The pool and game room were enjoyed. Comfy beds and furnishings. It was a great place to stay and had everything we needed and more.

Amazing house in Bradenton! Beautiful pool with privacy, was very peaceful outside. The house was insanely clean and exactly as advertised. Lots of fridge space between the inside and patio. Also many beach items in the garage which helps for people who are flying in. The outside grill is big and the projector is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area! We had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Bradenton. It was perfect for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was very enjoyable refreshing after hot beach days. The location is excellent, just under 15 minutes from the beach and close to stores, restaurants, and markets. The house also includes beach gear, which was super convenient. There’s a grill area and a yard with games for everyone to enjoy. The lake view made our morning coffee even better. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was green for the first few days. Randy was very responsive and got the pool guys out right away to assist and also followed up to make sure this was resolved. The house was great and the privacy fence was much appreciated in a small close neighborhood. Would highly recommend and return someday.

From the moment you walk in the door you know you are about to have an amazing week! Beautiful everywhere you look inside and out! From enjoying sitting on the dock watching the wildlife, to relaxing in the spa everything was perfect! Short drive to white sand beaches and everything there is to love about beach towns and at the same time far enough away from the hustle and bustle making it almost impossible to not relax! Mara was by far the best host we have ever had! From prompt responses to all of our tourist questions, to giving specific locations to see manatees! She went above and beyond and made our trip one we will never forget! We’ve already been in contact to book another week! This is truly a an incredible place to stay! You will not be disappointed!!

We all enjoyed the stay! The property is located in a private and quiet neighborhood just minutes away from Anna Maria Island. It was clean and had plenty of amenities. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone!

Elbert's place was very nice for our purpose. My son graduated from medical school and it allowed my four boys and my husband and I to all be together to share in this special occasion. It was like being at home. We were able to cook and share meals and play games together and reminisce of old times. We were in town for a family members wedding. This house was a relaxing calm home for the hectic fun wedding wkend. Loved the coastal FL decor and vibes. Definitely felt like I was home. Very spacious for my husband and I and our 2 teenagers. Location was great! Close to all our family and friends in Palmetto and Bradenton, as well as the ceremony hall in Bradenton and just minutes away from the reception hall in Palmetto. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely recommend and look them up when were are back down.

When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

The house was spotless and so well-stocked — everything we could’ve possibly needed was provided, from the kitchen essentials to the shower items and lots of fun stuff for the beach to use as well. Communication with the hosts was also a 10/10 & My little girls were very excited to find the toy closet in the kids bedroom :)
