Jardin Acoustique is designed for long outdoor days and warm, unhurried evenings under open skies. Historic stone walls surround floodlit gardens, a private, peaceful setting. Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, with prices held from 2025.

A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

In the heart of a picturesque village, with its castle and lake, 10 minutes from Eymet, 30 kms from Bergerac and Issigeac. Large, quiet house benefiting from an enclosed garden and patios, with outdoor landscaping and views of a dovecote. Ground floor: large fitted kitchen, 2 living rooms with direct access to the garden, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one of which is en suite, a separate bathroom and a work area. Equipped with fiber optic cable and Chrome TV.

Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.

Travel through the seasons

Located in a green setting at the edge of a wood and fields, you can stroll through the seasons both inside and outside of Belmaro. You can discover the hiking trails of the Route des Moulins via a private access... and discover what is called in Périgord Pourpre our little Tuscany by visiting Issigeac, Bergerac and Eymet. We are located 15 minutes from Bergerac airport and 1 hour 40 minutes from Bordeaux and 5 minutes from the castles of Monbazillac and Bridoire.

Lavender

Relax in this calm, stylish space. This space is ideal for two, maybe a third person or child in the small second bedroom. There is a pool to the rear of the property that is shared with the owners. Only 10 minutes from the famous medieval town of Eymet and 2 minutes from beautiful lauzun, Lavande is the perfect escape. Lauzun has a small supermarket, restaurants and bars as well as a baker, butcher and pharmacist Eymet has plenty of places to eat or drink.

On the borders of the Dordogne and Gironde, our 70 m² house is an invitation to relax. An old 1950s wine cellar, it has been renovated to combine the authentic charm of stone with comfort and modern design. A true haven of peace, ideal for nature and wellness lovers. Spa: the modern bathroom includes an area with a two-seater spa, for moments of relaxation in complete privacy. Sauna: Immerse yourself in deep relaxation with the wooden sauna.
