Great unit for the price, near U District so you have access to a bunch of restaurants. Very clean, like a hotel. The furniture all matches too, I think Kyle did a great job at building a coherent and homey Airbnb. We stayed for a few weeks so the fridge, laundry/dryer came in very handy. The parking is very easy, it's right in front of the unit :)

Beautifully put together, and spotless with a comfortable bed and a delightful walkable residential neighborhood with restored older homes, just one block away from a charming little downtown area. Ken was friendly and helpful too. Next time we come up for a jazz concert or other doings in this area, we'll be sure to check here first.

The bed was comfortable, which is always a question for us. The studio is small but had everything we needed. We arrived in the dark and it was a little difficult to locate the key box. Maybe a sensor on the porch light? The convenience of parking on site was wonderful. Unfortunately, we never say the Sancho (the cute dog mentioned in the guest notebook)! We will stay with Mary next time we head to GreenLake.
