Please note - no lake or dock access available at this property. The apartment is in the basement of our house, but you'll have exclusive access to it via a separate entrance. We live in the house upstairs, so will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.

Welcome to our bright and cozy getaway! We're located in charming Burien, just a 10-minute drive away from Seatac Airport. This guest suite has its own entrance, key pad to let yourself in, private bathroom, kitchenette (with coffee, tea, microwave, and mini fridge) and is filled with things to help you feel at home! Please let us know if you have any questions. PLEASE NOTE: our standard booking includes 2 guests. We do not allow children or pets.

Private suite attached to our garage. We are located on a well-maintained 1/2 acre lot by South Hill Mall. Extremely convenient location that feels very private on a dead end road. Kitchen with stove and cooking necessities, a washer/dryer and full closet system. *The shower tilling is due for an update and the bathroom light will only turn on if the main room light is on. There is a lamp that is in there to accommodate this.
