Jay's place was really great for a 1 night stay. The area was quiet, peaceful and surrounded by lush greens. It was easy to get around with a car. As a host, both Jay and Vino were very helpful and responsive even late at night. Pleasant stay overall.

Excellent place for a couple or a family of three. It is an independent unit. A huge bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the single room has excellent air conditioning. It's neat and clean. It is well situated near a number of restaurants, such as Nelum Kole, which is only a few meters away. Everyone, even cab and tuk tuk drivers, is familiar with the well-known Sri Lankan restaurant Nelum Kole. Many supermarkets, vegetable stores, hair salons, and laundry facilities are within walking distance, including the closest large town , Maharagama. During our visit, Sarath's brother in low Gamini and his family next door, as well as his sister downstairs, were an assistance. There were a few necessities when we got there like milk, tea and sugar. Over the last five years, we have stayed in various apartments in Sri Lanka, and this was the nicest one. This is my second time staying at Lahiru’s place. It was a very pleasant experience. Lahiru and his father were very warm and friendly, and had all amenities mentioned. The layout of the house is luxurious and very pleasant. The place has an attractive jogging path around the lake, and the tranquility that comes with it makes it a pleasant place to stay. If I had to describe the area in a few words, I would say “peaceful environment to live in”. I definitely hope to come back for a third time.

This is the 4th time we stayed at this property. As informed previously this is the best property we have stayed in Sri Lanka. Buddhika’s hospitality and kindness is second to none. When my wife and daughter were sick, Buddhika went out of his way in obtaining medicine for us. When we had to attend a function Buddhika organized everything we would need. Staying in his home, we felt we are with family. In terms of the experience, the house itself is fabulous with the beautiful pool and jacuzzi on the top floor being the main highlight. The location is fabulous with supermarkets, shops lovely eating places all within walking distance. The road is really safe and we could not imagine we were in a busy area of nugegoda, as it was so peaceful and quiet at all times. I highly recommend Buddhika’s property as alongwith a fabulous property to stay in, you will receive unmatched hospitality and kindness from Buddhika and his family
