Vacation rentals with a patio in Bologna

Our stay with Alessandra was absolutely wonderful. She sent us a guide before we even arrived, was extremely flexible with our check-in, met us at the door and gave us a tour. Everything was provided for us, the bed was very nice along with the shower. The lighting was beautiful also. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in Bologna.

L’attico di Antonella è semplicemente splendido. Ancor più bello rispetto alle foto, in una posizione centrale che offre una vista impagabile su Bologna. L’appartamento è spaziosissimo, luminosissimo, ordinato e perfettamente pulito. Insomma, tutto impeccabile, veramente. Inoltre emerge la cura per il design e per i dettagli di ogni ambiente. Veramente delizioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Antonella e Viola sono state molto gentili e disponibili, puntuali, sempre reattive nel comunicare con noi. Inoltre, tra le altre cose, ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di ottimo Prosecco in frigo; gesto davvero di classe e molto apprezzato. Che dire, consigliatissimo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie.

Waar moet ik beginnen?! Frederica is een klasse apart; super vriendelijk, behulpzaam, netjes, vanaf de aankomst tot het vertrek, alsof we elkaar al jaren kende. En de woning? Tot in de puntjes gestyled! Smetteloos. Een thuis! Heerlijke keuken, fantastische douche, gezellige living. Er is zelfs een platenspeler met muziek passend bij het interieur! Sasso Marconi is een leuk stadje, met alle faciliteiten die je mag verwachten. Tip: Pak de trein naar bologna, rijdt ieder uur en binnen een half uur sta je in de stad! En dat voor 2,5 euro per persoon!! Als ik ooit terug ga naar deze regio, 100% dat ik naar Frederica terug ga!

Abbiamo scelto l'alloggio di Dino per la sua vicinanza all'autodromo di Imola, in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e silenziosa, con parcheggio privato incluso. Dino è stato da subito molto chiaro e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, la casa è nuova, moderna e fornita di tutto e il suo giardinetto davvero molto carino. Se dovessimo tornare a Imola torneremo sicuramente qui, consigliatissimo!

We loved our stay in Carlotta’s home! From her sweet welcome and surprise play area set up for our kiddos to her local recommendations sent weeks in advance and help with making our dinner reservation for our first night, she made our whole experience even more special! The space is very homey and the bed is so comfortable! Everything you need is readily available! The location is great! Very walkable to many amazing restaurants and areas! Would definitely recommend!!! And would love to come back!

This place was great and just about walkable from Bologna station (20mins) with suitcases. Paola was always responsive and when we had an issue with the power on the first night she and her husband sorted it straight away. There is a playground and park opposite the place which was really helpful for the kids and plenty of supermarkets close by. We were also able to bring our suitcases in the morning of arrival and leave them there while the place was being cleaned from previous occupants which saved us having to find luggage storage. Definitely recommend.

Sono stata una settimana nell’appartamento di Claudio con 5 amici, posto ben situato, un meraviglioso giardino e comunicazione ottima! Consiglio

Sehr netter Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft in altem italienischen rustikalen Still. Gibt es alles was man braucht, 1 Stunde mit Auto nach Bologna und Modena, 1,5 bis Ravenna und Burg Canossa. In der Nähe die Käserei mit leckerem Parmesan. Kamin war grossartig, wir haben tolle Abende mit dem Feuer und Filme von Fellini genossen. Im Gasten planen die Gastgeber eine Rekonstruktion , damit er auch den Touristen viel Freunde bereiten kann.

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Soggiorno rispondente pienamente alle necessità. Solo qualche imprevisto con la caldaia. Grazie per tutto

Thank you very much for the pleasant stay and all of your help — we loved your space (well-stocked kitchen with yoghurt, jam, and cereal, eggs, juice, cold water and all the utensils you could need; comfortable and spacious place; stylish interior design; large, warm bathroom) and how welcoming and accommodating you were. This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Also wenn man mit einem auto unterwegs ist sehr schöne und gute lage 15min bis bologna ca 1h von verona entfernt also kann man auch andere städte besichtigen und sehr nette menschen und sehr bequem hat mich sehr gefreut

Logement très propre et bien équipé. La gare de st ruffillo est à environ 15 minutes à pied et l'arrêt de bus à 5 minutes. Lidia est très réactive et sympathique.

Massimo and hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and even better than the photos. It was so spacious with such tasteful and elegant decor. Everything was well thought out and provided. Location was great and an easy walk to the train station, yet safe. Easy walk to city centre and major attractions. Host also provided great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again if in Bologna.

I would love to stay here again, I can’t describe how pretty and peaceful the place is. The hosts were excellent, and it’s a quick drive to Vignola if you want a great little town to explore and the shopping there is great.

Both Francesco and co-host Phillip were very nice and helpful and super fast at responding to every message. We thoroughly enjoyed spending a few days at the apartment, which was perfect for our needs and super clean and comfortable. /Eva and Mikael, April 2025

We traveled for business and Davide's place was perfect. Great location was perfect - easy walk to the center (10 minutes) and easy to get to bus stations nearby. We loved the little balcony and that there is a lift that makes it easy to get luggage upstairs. Overall, we totally loved it and will come back!
