Loft vacation rentals in Bologna

Rosanna a été accueillante et disponible par Whats'app lors de notre séjour. Logement central avec accès facile à la gare à pied qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture dans l'enceinte de la cour lors de nos journées passées à Bologne et Florence. Au milieu de la Motor Valley où tous les constructeurs automobiles sont accessibles. Elle nous a recommandé des restaurants et magasins à proximité. Le logement était très propre et la cuisine parfaite pour cuisiner le soir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la pizzeria Parfin (fermée le mercredi mais ouverte le dimanche soir) à quelques minutes en voiture qui permet de prendre à emporter pour manger tranquillement à l'appartement.

Maria’nın evinde çok güzel zaman geçirdik fotoğraflarda anlatıldığı gibiydi. Oldukça temiz ve düzenli bir yerdi . Herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Marketlere ve ulaşım noktalarına yürüme mesafesinde deydi . Sakin ve sıcak bir yerdi. Maria oldukça ilgili ve canayakın bir ev sahibiydi .. Yine tercih edeceğiz her şey için teşekkürler ☺️

The apartment looked just like the pictures and was very clean. We were able to leave our luggage well before the official check-in time, and Francesco responded incredibly quickly, which made communication super easy. Everything we needed was provided. The location is quite central, yet it was very quiet inside, so we were able to get a great night’s rest. It’s hard to imagine getting a better deal at a hotel — we were really happy with the accommodation.

Vincenzo was a great host and had great restaurant recommendations and a map of the city ready for us to use. The apartment is situated in a beautiful courtyard just outside the busy city center. Everything you want to access is not a far walk away. The apartment was clean and spacious and we felt very peaceful being there. We would absolutely love to stay again if we come back to Bologna.

Absolutely amazing stay at Francesca's! She showed me the definition of true hospitality and I was so sad to leave. 11/10 would stay again! A few highlights: *Very communicative/responsive and helpful host. I was there for a few weeks and Francesca definitely helped me settle in to Italy stress-free! *Very comfortable bed and comfortable apartment overall *Sparkling clean and very nice appliances/features (i.e. automatic shades and openers for the skylights). *Peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood. I did not want to be right in the city center of Bologna. This apartment is about a 10-15-minute walk to where the restaurants/shopping on Via Santa Stefano starts, and about 25 minutes to the city center. I only took the bus a handful of times during my extended stay there, but that is a faster and easier option if you want it. There are some cute cafes and eating options within a ~5 minute walk. Super close to SPAN (AMAZING pizza), Berbere, and Forno Brisa for daily bread and treats.

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Ich konnte mein Fahrrad ohne Probleme im Flur anschließen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und schön eingerichtet mit 2 Badezimmern. Gerne wieder.

This place was amazing and one of a kind!!Period. Stunning view and really great space to stay. (From Firenze only 1.5 hours) Ludovico and Alessandra was very friendly and very welcoming host... They make sure everything and help me also to make a wonderful and memorable stay in here. 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Lelio’s studio is a beautiful, historical gem in Bologna. The frescos from the 1600s and the carved ceilings situate you in the heart of civilization. The modern amenities are perfectly maintained. The bed is extremely comfortable and the linens are in excellent shape. The bathroom is appointed with everything you will need. Please know that the ceiling can “shed” some because this is a historical building. Dust can fall from the plaster and stonework. Also, there is sound from the building entrance door and gate, because this unit is located on the ground floor near the entrance. It is not noisy, just normal building sounds. Neither of these detract from the spectacular studio. Thank you!

Aloggio davvero impeccabile in ogni suo dettaglio. Ambiente curato, pulito e dotato di ogni confort per un soggiorno anche piú lungo di un semplice week end. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa ma ben collegata con il centro città, in autobus appena 20 minuti. Host cordiali e precisi nelle informazioni. Consigliato

Emplacement idéal et très agréable pour visiter Bologne à pied. Appartement à la fois original et fonctionnel. Literie confortable. L’appartement est en rdc sur une cour agréable et donc forcément sombre.

Beautifully designed top floor suite that is well equipped and has a top notch location. Valeria and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. We had a great stay and it truly is an amazing stay in an amazing location - highly recommend!

We had a great time and felt right at home. The city was accessible and perfect for sightseeing. Nice being able to use the little kitchen and do some cooking too. Definitely recommend 👍
