Alloggio perfetto per famiglie o gruppetto di amici, spazioso con tutte le comodità, il fatto di avere due bagni è comodissimo. Zona tranquilla senza tanti rumori. Ci torneremo volentieri.

The flat is really big, with a lovely terrace that gets plenty of morning sunshine, perfect for a quiet breakfast. The flat is beyond clean, literally spotless! The location is super central, and you can walk anywhere in town within 10-15mins. However the entranc eto the flat is on a dodgy road, and the bedroom windows give onto a busy bar that can become loud at night.

The location couldn't have been better with an award winning trattoria literally across the street. We were there on Saturday the street was closed to cars which made it easy to walk and enjoy the city. The place was clean, had a nice outside area to relax and chat along with roof top. Excellent all around!!

Valentina è stata super gentile e disponibile. Appartamento pulito e molto bello. Posizione perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.

Grosszügige, helle und gut gelegene Wohnung. Super geeignet mit Hunden (viele Gründflächen/Parks in der Umgebung) Und mit dem Auto kommend (Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude). Giorgio war super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.

We loved our stay here! The beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet but still close to everything. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Our host was really kind and helpful, making check-in easy and offering great tips. Would definitely stay again!

Great friendly host, far enough out of the city to be quiet, not too far for easy access for all the attractions. Would recommend for anyone travelling to bolgona

Huoneisto oli täydellinen meidän neljän yön Bologna-reissuun. Sijainti oli loistava, keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Huoneisto oli hyvin varusteltu, todella siisti, tilava ja hiljaisella kadulla. Suosittelemme lämpimästi. Viestintä isännän kanssa sujui hyvin.

Appartement très bien situé pour accéder rapidement à la gare et au centre ville, confortable, très calme, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipé. Franca nous a très cordialement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils ( restaurants, commerces, visites). Merci pour tout.

Giovanni's place was an enjoyable stay for us in Bologna. It's not a bad walk from the train station (roughly 15 minutes) and Giovanni provided lots of information, recommendations, guidance, etc. We had a little trouble finding the place based on Google Maps but once we did, we got in pretty easily. The instructions should have given us the apartment number, but didn't so we had to ask Giovanni (who helped identify it right away). The place is spacious and in good shape; definitely would stay there again!

Alvise's place was modern, comfortable, clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Hosts were easy to reach, and met us on the first day. Host had clean instructions and great recommendations on what's around the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this place!

Green Refuge is a perfectly equipped apartment in an ideal location right next to the main train station. Julia is a wonderful host, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coming back each day to such a comfortable space. Highly recommended!

First class location for exploring Bologna. Our hosts were very helpful. The accommodation was more spacious than we expected and we were even serenaded by the Opera School below us.

Ruimtelijk en schoon appartement op een fijne locatie. Francesca reageerde snel, gaf tips voor wat te doen in de omgeving en duidelijke instructies. We hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad en zouden zeker terugkeren.

El barrio es muy lindo , el edificio de departamentos muy confortable . Con parking propio . Muy cerca del centro histórico , no hace falta el auto para moverse en la ciudad. Supermercados cerca y una excelente heladería también . El departamento super cómodo y completo , con los electrodomésticos necesarios . También con detalles como agua , cápsulas de café,….. Nos sentimos como en casa , volveríamos sin ninguna duda

Had a great stay here. Short distance to most things. Easy to get around from here. Fabio replied quickly to my inquries, and was friendly and helpful. The place had all the amenities as listed, and was nice and spacious. Check in instructions were easy to understand.

Bonjour. Ce logement est très bien placé, dans un quartier très calme. Logement très propre. Le canapé est confortable pour dormir. Petit bémol sur le nombre de couverts et autres ustensiles pour cuisiner. Nous n'avions également a disposition que 2 rouleaux de papier toilette ainsi qu'une seule pastille lave-vaisselle. On peut aussi regretter de ne pas avoir rencontré notre hôte.

Monolocale, appena ristrutturato, non tanto distante dal centro e dallo stadio. Possiede un parcheggio privato con uno spazio esterno a disposizione.

Ottima posizione, appartamento pulito e confortevole. Riccardo è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Excelentes comunicaciones, muchas alternativas de buses. El lugar de la residencia es muy limpio, claro. El sistema de llave con el móvil es muy eficaz. Aunque siempre hay que tener batería para poder entrar. Las condiciones del piso eran las anunciadas y lo mejor fue la amabilidad de Erick, el encargado. Siempre disponible, incluso domingos. Muy recomendable.
