If you’re looking for a quiet place close to Santa Cruz, this is it! The grounds are so tranquil, we took evening walks to see the monkeys, parrots and even a sloth! The community pool is amazing and it has a waterfall. There is a restaurant that will deliver to the house. The house was perfect, great a/c, the bathtub was perfect for the kids and we even had our own private hot tub. Best choice!

Condominio muy bonito, hermosa casa y cómoda para familias de hasta 8 personas, la Sra Toti (coanfitriona) es súper atenta de excelente carácter y muy honrada, estuvimos hospedados durante Navidad dejamos un sobre con dinero ( regalo de mi hija) la Sra Toti se encargó en que tengamos el dinero de vuelta.

Estamos satisfechos. Fuimos bien atendidos y la casita era justo lo que necesitábamos para descansar.

We had a great stay a Roberto’s place, and ended up booking an additional week. When we arrived we were coming from a nearby hotel and he let us check in early, which was so nice. The views from the apartment are amazing! And the apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need to live comfortably. The wifi worked perfectly, and we liked having lots of TV channels available. The apartment is right by the Multicine, Las Torres mall, and Hipermaxi, so there are lots of restaurants and grocery shopping options. I would highly recommend the apartment for anyone visiting La Paz.

The space was exactly as described clean, comfy, cozy, and stylish with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with nice restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. We also appreciated the extra touches like fresh towels. Andrea was so communicative and friendly, always quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly felt at home here, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Dpartamento nuevo, muy bien acondicionado y cómodo, muy lindo y limpio, con area de estudio y con cocina, con patio y con asador. Excelente ubicación en zona bonita de Cochabamba.

Das Apartement war sehr sauber und wir haben uns schnell sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bettdecken waren angenehm und warm. Vane war sehr hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell als Spülmittel fehlte.

El lugar es ideal para una estancia corta o larga en un lugar ideal en la Paz. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación es ideal cerca de lugares para comer y en linea recta al centro. Super recomendado

Great place to stay in Tarija, the apartment is really cute and clean. Everything is within walking distance, the main square is only 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet. Roberto is a great host very friendly and responsive to our questions.10/10

Apartment was impecable. Nice Apartment in a nice location and well maintained. Niki is a great host and she was there when we needed her. The Front desk gentleman and the cleaning lady of the building are great and nice hardworking persons who were very helpful at all time. Overall a great experience.

Diese Wohnung hat unseren Aufenthalt in Cochabamba sehr bereichert. Wir haben die große Wohnung sehr genossen. Auch von der Ausstattung war alles dabei, was eine 6 köpfige Familie braucht. Die Lage war sehr gut und wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Danke
