We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We felt right at home. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view of the countryside is fantastic. Except in the bedroom, there is hardly any power outlets. If you have to work in the living room, it's a bit difficult with power supply. If you don't need it, it doesn't bother you. We will be happy to come back.

It’s exactly as advertised; a luxury apartment in a safe quiet neighbourhood. Enjoyed my stay, if I’m ever back in La Paz I wouldn’t look for anywhere else to stay. Highly recommend

My experience at this Airbnb was, for the second time, absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with every detail perfectly cared for and well-equipped. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, always responding quickly and kindly. The place was extremely comfortable, with an ideal location and such a cozy atmosphere that it made me gladly return. Definitely an exceptional choice for any traveler!

My experience in this home was great. The host was very kind, attentive and always willing to help. The apartment was spotless, very clean and fully equipped (kitchen, microwave, blender, hygiene products, etc.), which made me feel at home. The condominium's location is ideal: central, close to supermarkets, shopping centers and with easy access to the old town. In addition, the place is very safe, with security in the building and controlled access. The common facilities (pool, heated pool, sauna) were in very good condition and well maintained. The condominium staff was always professional and polite. It was definitely a nice stay. I recommend this accommodation with complete confidence and would not hesitate to return.

Andres is a fantastic host and chef! I felt very welcome from the beginning, the room and the garden are fabulous and you should not miss out on having lunch and/or dinner at his restaurant (great vegan and vegetarian options)! The place is very clean and spacious, Wi-Fi is stable and everyone is very helpful and lovely. Next time I’ll be staying longer!

We had to book a night spontaneously and Ricardo's place allowed us to check in independently at 3 AM. It's also close to the bus terminal. That was perfect!! In addition, the accommodation was also superbly equipped, even with a hairdryer! Everything very new and very clean! We loved it!

The place is perfect for getting to know the historic center of Sucre. It's easy to get anywhere, there are good restaurants nearby and it's a short walk from the terminal. You can't hear the noise from the street, the beds are suitable for resting, the terrace is chill and the kitchen is cool. The bathroom is downstairs but it's not a problem, it's private. The Host is great, has good communication and is very friendly. For the price, it is highly recommended!!!!!

Excellent place! The apartment looked small but it was very cozy, it had everything you need, very clean, the beds were very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The ideal barbecue space. Without asking, Jorge offered to change the date if we wanted due to the rains, but we decided to stay, and the next day we were supposed to leave, he offered us to stay longer. The "sea" was very nice too and all the spaces they had, very quiet, we will definitely come back! 10/10

Place is real big and has everything you need to feel right at home. The owner was very nice and answered any questions asked. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

It was a perfect apartment (with 4 separate bedrooms) for me and my friends in Santa Cruz. Lots of space for everyone, great views from the 12th floor. We stayed there for 2 weeks so I can definitely vouch for Andrea's apartment. I would definitely rent it again. Security guards at the main gate keep a good tab of everyone going in and out so it definitely feels safe. Gracias Andrea!
