Andres is a fantastic host and chef! I felt very welcome from the beginning, the room and the garden are fabulous and you should not miss out on having lunch and/or dinner at his restaurant (great vegan and vegetarian options)! The place is very clean and spacious, Wi-Fi is stable and everyone is very helpful and lovely. Next time I’ll be staying longer!

If you’re looking for a quiet place close to Santa Cruz, this is it! The grounds are so tranquil, we took evening walks to see the monkeys, parrots and even a sloth! The community pool is amazing and it has a waterfall. There is a restaurant that will deliver to the house. The house was perfect, great a/c, the bathtub was perfect for the kids and we even had our own private hot tub. Best choice!

The house is comfortable, clean, very well equipped and easy to access. In addition to the good location, it has a garden and a large garage at no additional cost, which makes it ideal. Vivian was very attentive. You can see that the hosts have thought of all the details, such as firewood for the fireplace, coffee for distilling, board games and kitchen utensils. We really enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home and look forward to coming back.

Very nice condo, beautiful house and comfortable for families of up to 8 people, Mrs. Toti (co-host) is super attentive, of excellent character and very honest, we stayed during Christmas and we left an envelope with money (a gift from my daughter) Mrs. Toti made sure we got the money back.

My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay with Bernardo and his family. You have the place to yourself and a beautiful garden, which in a hectic city like La Paz is like an oasis. No matter what needs and concerns you have, Bernardo's family is immediately ready to help where they can. Really great, kind people and a special place to stay. We would come back any time and wish the owners all the best for the future. Thank you for everything!

Spend a good weekend in this place, the common areas are beautiful with both the apartment, clean and tidy. The Host was attentive to everything, I recommend this place which is very nice.

I had 2 very good nights in this accommodation. The hostess is very kind and attentive, she gave me some cookies and sweets! The accommodation itself is one of the best I have ever stayed, has a lot of infrastructure and has everything a person may need, in addition to being very private. It has a great SmarTV, all the basics like coffee sugar etc. The shower is hot! The internet is very good! Would recommend!

I recently stayed at this family-friendly apartment in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is well-located and provides a comfortable, clean, and spacious environment. Although I didn’t explore nearby attractions, the location’s convenience was a plus. One thing to note is that the building's facilities are for homeowners only, so they weren't available during our stay. The host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for a family stay in Santa Cruz de la Sierra!

Lots of restaurants, coffee and upscale tea shops nearby. Certainly, the area called Equipetrol is the best in Santa Cruz, and the place is right in the middle of it.

We were very pleased with how spacious the apartment was and the balcony especially. The host was very kind and allowed us to enter 2 hrs earlier and leave 1 hr later which we really appreciated. The building staff were very friendly as well.
