Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

The Coach House can be found at the end of our private drive approximately 100 metres from Shripney Lane in the grounds of and adjacent to Shripney Manor an ancient family home in Shripney. There is parking for several cars, a rustic south west facing garden with views across agricultural land. There are fields where you have exclusive access to simply chill-out in the seclusion of your own space. 2½ miles from Bognor Sea Front with it's choice of shop's, restaurant’s and take a way's.

A recently renovated cottage with a lovely downstairs space and a spacious garden with the potential to use the hot tub if required. It features 2 king size bedrooms, 1 with an en suite and then a separate bathroom. Theres a kitchen, living area and dining table downstairs with a toilet. A travel cot can be supplied if needed. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling.
