Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bognor Regis

Had a lovely Easter break, George welcomed us to his lovely property, great location few minutes walk to the beach and shops, with the benefit of a quiet residential area. The property was just like the pictures, the enclosed garden with a hot tub was a real highlight for all three generations, together with ground floor bedrooms. George was quick to respond and provide help when needed.

Andy & Rosie are great hosts, very friendly & approachable but also, very respectful of your privacy. Little Fisher Farm is set within a very quiet, peaceful rural setting, & the sunsets from the private patio are a sight to behold…absolutely breathtaking! The lodge is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Comfy bed, all breakfast essentials supplied & a lovely hamper of goodies to snack away on…not forgetting the complementary bottle of vino to pour up & sip whilst watching those magical sunsets! The hot tub was an added extra that we paid to enjoy & we’re so glad we did! It was great to come back to after a day exploring the beautiful area of West Sussex.

Our second family get-together in Anna & Eric’s gorgeous “garden”. The quirky accommodation options are fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and made homely and beautiful by Anna’s tasteful interior decoration. The addition of a “Pavillion” since our last visit made our evenings even better as there was plenty of room for our group of 15 to play games late into the night, after a day of tennis, tug-of-war, trampolining, bbq, chilling in the hot tub nestled in greenery while watching their peacock stroll back and forth…

Had an amazing little break with my dog. Exactly what i needed, so beautiful and peaceful. We went on a lot of country walks and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to block the decking off with a gate on every access/stairway so the dogs can have roaming of decking freely. I did not realise until i arrived that they expected the dogs to be on a lead at all times and not allowed on furniture etc. It is only a small place and I do not own a long lead for my dog or expect my dog to be tied up for long periods at a time when we are away to enjoy ourselves. To avoid them running off into the field these gates in place would be ideal so you can turn your back for more than 2 mins instead of worrying. Besides from this and a brief power cut, everything was amazing and i would certainly return! Thanks so much for having us. The pictures speak for themselves!

What a fantastic little getaway. Great location. Lulu and Russell were super helpful and friendly. The area is also lovely. The place was perfect for our time away, the hot tub was also a great way to relax. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back.

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

We had a brilliant stay at Helen’s house, it was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our family. Prior to arrival Helen sent us lots of recommendations for things to do whilst we were on the Isle and we were greeted with a box of chocolates and pint of milk which was a lovely welcome. Helen was very responsive to questions and when the weather was quite wet one day sent some additional thoughts on ways to spend the day - Tapnell Farm is brilliant for a rainy day with little kids! On a sunny day the beach is less than a 5 minute drive and there is lots of parking there and cafes to grab coffee and a bite. A great overall trip, thank you Helen!

Stayed for 4 nights in this peaceful ‘Hideaway’. The views were amazing and the hosts were really helpful - we even booked a reflexology treatment. The home had lots of amenities (tea, salt pepper etc) and there were lots of books/maps to read on the local area. There were beautiful walks on the doorstep and our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden. Would definitely recommend!

Anne-Marie was a brilliant, accommodating and communicative host. We had a lovely stay in her very clean, functional and cosy annex cottage. She was great at making sure we were comfortable and on hand for any questions. A super host. Thank you !

We’ve had an amazing time at Fiona’s cottage and felt like home during our 4 nights stay. So cosy and had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to a spacious bathroom and comfy bed! Very quirky and full of character and perfectly situated to explore the South Downs. Thanks so much Fiona!

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

Nice stay at Luke's accommodation, had all that I needed especially the firm mattress that's good for my back, designated parking for my car, and a friendly hosts who replied very quickly to messages.

An incredible place to stay for our family of four and two dogs. It met all of our needs being a perfect place for two adults to relax and enjoy, two children to play and be entertained, and two dogs with walks and comfort galore! I was incredibly impressed, Caroline has truly thought of everything to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable and we had absolutely everything we could need to experience a high quality home away from home. The garden is an absolute inspiration and we loved the location, which is very picturesque, quiet and lovely to be opposite the church. It was surprising how close to all the shops you are as well where we were able to get anything we needed. We had local Chinese takeaway and also enjoyed a greek restaurant on the final night, both serving up excellent food. I cannot fault our stay at all, we went for long walks as a family, visited Arundel castle, and Littlehampton's west beach cafe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone :)

Comfortable, characterful cottage in the most beautiful location with stunning views.

Beautiful apartment and excellent hosts. They were able to accommodate our last minute booking and the apartment is so lovely with everything we needed - and more. The hosts have gone the extra mile and have great attention to detail. The wine and milk in the fridge was a lovely gesture. Bathrobes and lovely soft towels. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location for Petworth Park and South Downs walks. Hopefully we'll be back again soon!

It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Stables. The cottage was immaculately clean and well presented with a welcoming vase of fresh flowers on the kitchen table and some milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The pool was amazing, so relaxing, our daughter loved it. Lots of local walks from our doorstep that our dog loved with a very friendly cafe/ shop in the next village. The online guide with a map and list of different places to eat and visit was very useful and having it on my phone meant it was easy to refer to.

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

This is the 2nd time we have been here and we love it. It’s great for families with kids and we hope to come back again next year

Our family with 3 children had a wonderful couple of days here. The swimming pool with the inflatables was everything we hoped it would be. The bed linen and towels were very clean and it was very convenient having so many bathrooms. Kitchen had all we needed and plenty of room to eat at the dining table or lounge on the comfortable sofas Near to Chichester when we managed to prise the children from the pool. Justin quick to reply to any questions we had. Children are asking when we are coming back so that is our plan!! Thankyou Justin

My family had a wonderful stay during Easter holidays. Everything about our stay was very easy due to Helen’s fantastic instructions and online guide. We all loved using the pool, it was clean and warm. Sharing the pool with the other holiday let was no bother as the pool was plenty big enough for everyone. The village and setting itself is beautiful and so close to many amenities. The children have already asked to come back!!
