It was a really great stay. The instructions where very thorough and also Glyn and Harriet personally welcomed me and gave me some tips for the surroundings. The parking spot is great and easy to park in. The walk to the beach is literally a minute, so great for taking a quick peak of the beautiful sunset. The Annexe is very cozy and I felt right at home. It has so many extras like a fridge and a toaster and a folder full of info materials!! Communication with both was really great as they were neither absent nor intrusive. It was just right and I felt very safe and comfortable. Bracklesham Bay is a nice little town with little tourism, which I liked very much. It's the perfect getaway from the city. All the best

We had a wonderful time staying at this uniquely decorated loft accommodation. It had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable and at home. We were visiting to take part in some local sporting events and we were able to relax and recover in this peaceful and cosy space. Access was easy with plenty of room to park and store our bikes.

Great location, well- equipped place and super welcoming host.

We enjoyed our stay, accommodation was exactly as described. It was nice and quiet, you were able to easily walk to the beach and the shops if you wanted to. A nice touch was the bread, milk, cereal ,orange juice ,tea and coffee that was waiting for you on arrival. We met Pete and Sam who were very friendly and helpful.

Only two nights as here for the Members' Meeting at Goodwood. This is a very comfortable new annexe on two floors. It is very well supplied with all that one would want for an extended stay. Even real coffee for the cafetiere. We ate out on the first night and found a lovely Tapas Bar (Faustino's), noisy and atmospheric. All-in-all, a lovely place to stay and we would certainly return.

What a fantastic little getaway. Great location. Lulu and Russell were super helpful and friendly. The area is also lovely. The place was perfect for our time away, the hot tub was also a great way to relax. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back.

We stayed at this place just for a few days but had a wonderful time. The place was lovely and very comfortable and felt like home. The beach is just round the corner and we sat on the beach in the sun relaxing. Lots of things to do nearby, lovely walks, lovely restaurants.. we will be back!

We loved it here - a spot of tranquility in a cosy nook away from it all. Lovely walks along the sea, and lots of great seafood places to dine at, or bring back fish to cook at home. Penelope was so accommodating and her local recommendations were spot on. Such a comfortable annex, with lovely shower gel and all sorts of creature comforts. I so much hope we get to return again sometime soon. Thank you xx

We have just had a lovely stay at Anthony’s beautiful guest suite. Anthony was very friendly and welcoming, offering recommendations of places where we can eat and any assistance we may need. The guest suite was very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated, the perfect size for a couple or a lone parent with two children like myself. Additionally it was very well equipped with crockery, cutlery etc. The house is in a private estate so is very quiet and peaceful and is just a very short walk out onto Felpham beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Delia’s place. Beautiful and sunny lounge which we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in after a busy day in Brighton. Delia left lots of personal touches, milk and orange juice, Snacks, teas and coffee. We walked from the accommodation down to ‘The Steakist’ on Saturday evening, which was the nicest restaurant we’ve ever eaten in and then caught a taxi back. Arundel is a beautiful place and we would definitely stay at Delia’s place again.

Our hosts Cliff & Simon gave us a warm welcome. Check in was extremely easy. Cosy quarters was excellently equipped and comfortable. We were very appreciative of the breakfast basket and fruit. We definitely recommend this property.

A fantastic place to stay! Adam gave really clear instructions so check in and out were a breeze. The place is gorgeous and spacious and had everything we needed. It was also super clean and had lovely touches. Great shower and comfy beds. The curtain in the bedroom was also lovely and thick so blocked out the light which was ideal for our baby. There was lots of helpful information and Adam answered any questions we had too. A perfect place to stay to explore the Sussex downs and a lovely little home from home - we loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at Gail’s place. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The starter basket with bread, butter, milk, sweets, and fruit was such a thoughtful touch. The studio was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Communication was clear and easy throughout. We’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here. Super-host!!

A very comfortable place to stay in a beautiful location. The garden room manages to be uncluttered, while having everything in it you could need. A lovely pub with good food on your doorstep, another less than one up the road. Perfect!

Excellent location in West sands, walking distance to the entertainment and activities as well as bars and restaurants. There is even a free bus service if you don't feel like walking. Lots to keep everyone entertained and the staff at Cove are very helpful and friendly

Lovely little apartment. The bed is very comfortable. Beautifully furnished. Very well laid out. Rachel is a lovely host and hopefully we will stay for longer next time.

We had the most wonderful stay in Amberley. Beautiful walks right on your doorsteps and so many lovely restaurants/pubs to choose from. I can’t recommend Rachael’s place enough - we will be back!

Denise is a fanstatic host We stayed at. An air b n b at xmas in lancing and were really put off But Denise has restored our faith in air b n b nothing was too much trouble such a friendly warm host we definitely would highly recommend Denise’s establishment Thankyou Denise you are a diamond. Carole and Peter are kind, friendly, and helpful hosts, and their small apartment suits us fine on our brief trips to the south coast. We’ve stayed here lots of times and would happily recommend it.

Beautiful Beach Pad, it is literally seconds walk to the promenade and beach. Very easy to get to, dog friendly, ideal location to the beach, parks and restaurants, while still very quiet and peaceful. The host was brilliant, responsive and had everything ready for us by the time we got there, which made us feel at home straight away. The host supplied everything one could think of needing and the level of cleanliness was at a high standard. More importantly, our 15 year old dog made it his home during our stay will definitely plan to come back soon! A personalised birthday card and dog treats for our baby boy was very kind and thoughtful. We appreciate it very much. Very highly recommended.

We were after a relaxing break and that’s exactly what we got. Elaine is a keen gardener and her garden was beautiful. We relaxed watching the garden birds whilst sitting on the amazing window seat. Elaine’s attention to detail is second to none. Elaine made immediate contact and responded promptly to any requests for local advice. She asked about food intolerances and I said so long as there’s plenty of tea and milk we’ll be fine - what a selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, milk, jams, marmalade’s, butter, natural yoghurt, orange juice, fresh fruit and the most delicious homemade bread. Elaine and her husband were the perfect hosts and we will be looking to return here in the future. Everything is as described. Would highly recommend. Thank you Elaine and Bruce for your hospitality. We stayed with Mike for a just 2 nights but it was such a great stay. Mike took so many steps both before and during our visit that made it a good experience, but whilst still giving us space. Check in was easy and we were given clear instructions, Mike was extra helpful when we found out we were travelling with our little one. The space itself had everything we needed and was actually more spacious than I was expecting too with extra little touches too. A local convenience store was within walking distance and really close to the beach too. Thanks again for having us
