Our wooden house – live naturally and feel good In summer 2021, our wooden house was completed. The natural material wood not only shapes the facade, the floor and the ceiling – it fills the whole house with its pleasant scent and creates a unique living feeling. The house was built in passive construction: in summer the massive walls keep the heat outside, in winter it remains pleasantly warm and cozy. Step in, take a deep breath and enjoy the tranquility of this special location.

The gallery apartment convinces with its special atmosphere as well as spacious terraces and offers you everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Due to the location in the center of Munich, you can experience the Glockenbachviertel, the colorful hustle and bustle at the Viktualienmarkt, Oktoberfest, as well as Marienplatz up close in just a few minutes' walk.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
