Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Bogenhausen

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Super friendly personal welcome . Located just outside of Munich, but you are in the city in a good 30 minutes. The location is in a very quiet street. Especially recommended for longer stays, the large kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are super nicely decorated, you can tell that someone has invested a lot of time here. Private open parking space and a separate sauna in the garden. Compared to the price level, actually almost too cheap in the area. We will be happy to come back.

Easy access to S-Bahn stop, but not much within walking distance. Place is comfortable.

We had a very lovely stay! The place is as described and you share the home with them, so it feels like you are part of their warm welcoming family. They gave us great tips about things to do and eat in the area. They were very easy-going about us booking with our dog, too. Thank you so much to Oliver and family.

Nicolas was VERY friendly, helpful and personable. Check-in & out was flexible, all the people in the house were very nice and open. We had plenty of room and comfort and were able to move freely in the house and garden. Parking in front of the door. We recommend this place!

Everything was good. This area has good public transport connections — it’s about 20 minutes to the central bus station or city center by S-Bahn, and getting to the airport is quite easy too. The room is located on the 3rd floor; it was clean and cozy. Just a heads-up: you can’t cook for yourself because there’s no kitchen. However, the host told us that if we needed to heat something up or make coffee, we could use their kitchen. In the end, we didn’t need to use it since we only booked the room for 2 nights. Overall, a good stay!

Susanne's place is always awesome. This is our second time staying here while visiting nearby family members. She is always available should you have questions. A nearby grocery store with bakery also provides you with delicious items! We'll be back next time we visit Utting!
