Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Bochum

The house is great value for money and quite spacious, but it's a pity that it's located in the basement. The kitchen at the entrance is a bit damp, and the small bedroom is simply decorated. Everything else is pretty good.The house and yard are tidy.

We recommend the place to anyone.

Super host and apartment. Top location! A very small suggestion for improvement: all lights are very dark due to the energy-saving lamps.

This was my second time staying here, I love Regina’s place as it is super spacious, clean, well equipped and homely. The street is quiet and there is a space to park your car. There is also an Aldi only a short 3-5min walk away. Regina is very friendly and a lovely host. Would for sure recommend staying here!

The stay at the place was perfect all around! The apartment was exactly as described – very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was great: quiet, but still central with good access to public transport. Particularly noteworthy is the hospitality of the host – check-in went smoothly, communication was quick and friendly, and we felt welcome from the beginning. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the property!

Centrally located large apartment on two floors. Very bright and cozy. The apartment was clean and bright. We felt very comfortable and would like to stay with Johannes again! Clear recommendation!!!

We spent two lovely weeks at Radek's apartment. In the beginning, Radek showed us around and explained everything in person. There is a lot to see in the neighboring towns, and then you can rest well in the apartment. Very good value for money, gladly recommend.

Lovely home in a beautiful and quiet location. Excellent communication from host and everything you could need.

We had a great stay with Hardy and Eva and felt super comfortable. Our expectations were more than exceeded and we had a really nice weekend. Although something accidentally broke, Hardy was super understanding and also sent us forgotten items by mail in no time. We thank you very much and would recommend the accommodation at any time.

In summary: This is a really nice house...if you're looking for spacious accommodation near the Messe or DUS airport but with easy access into the city then this is the place. Even better if you happen to drive an EV as there's a charge point at the property. The house has a small garden and you've lovely nature walks within 5 minutes from the property. In detail: The accommodation is split over several floors immaculately clean & tastefully decorated, with a small garden. There's ample space & a well appointed kitchen. Marcelo went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, & his prompt communication took away much of the stress in planning our trip. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the Messe and DUS airport. Not many other properties offer such flexible accommodation with EV charging on site (& a gym!)..as you can tell, I was very impressed. Overall, we had a wonderful time & would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable trip to DUS

Honestly, I hadn't believed in the beginning that really everything is as described in the advertisement – but it was actually all there and complete! Everything worked perfectly – household appliances, sauna and hammam. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and the neighbors were friendly too. Overall, a very successful stay. I can only recommend the place!

A super lovingly designed place with warm hosts. There was nothing missing and I felt right at home. Michaela and her husband were very friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I am very grateful that I found this beautiful place and look forward to being able to use the great roof terrace when I hopefully come back in the summer. Only the nearby train line took a little getting used to for me.

Convenient and clean accommodation between Dusseldorf airport and Messe trade fair park, 200 meters' walk from the tram station which also allows you to access the central train station. Peaceful environment villas with gardens. The host is available and very responsive.

Easy check-in thanks to the key box. Super friendly welcome and information about the technology/accommodation. The pets were also very friendly. The accommodation matches the description.
