The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things for everyday needs. Towels and linens are changed weekly. On site, there is a fully equipped high-gloss kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, pod coffee maker, microwave and stove with ceramic hob. So nothing stands in the way of cooking on site. The living room is a feel-good oasis with two relaxing armchairs that invite you to relax! The existing noble wooden floor also creates a warm atmosphere. You can listen to your music as you please via a stand box equipped with a port for an iPhone. In addition, a new TV with Skype is available! Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.
