Apartment vacation rentals in Bochum

I am really excited, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a beautiful house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

We were absolutely satisfied, everything was clean, enough towels and bedding available. The house itself is quite noisy and the neighbors are not the quietest, leaving windows open at night is difficult, as the apartment is right on a main road and therefore also quite noisy. What was absolutely the best, I wrote to Jan-Niklas Saturday evening, if we could possibly do a slightly later checkout and he answered almost immediately and we could sleep wonderfully. Thanks again for that!!! 🥰

The apartment is very conveniently located in the best area of Bochum, near to both the station and the central area as well as the pretty neighbourhood around the Schauspielhaus (theatre). and yet it's very quiet. Stayed there with a toddler, the place has got everything you may need for a family stay. I highly recommend it

A small oasis in the middle of the city with wonderful people!

The apartment is very clean. Nothing is missing, for example in the kitchen. Whatever you need for cooking, frying, baking, is there. Towels are also plentiful in the bathroom and kitchen. The bed is super comfortable, the stay on the balcony with afternoon sun is a treat. On foot you are right in the countryside, e.g. on the way through the forest to the botanical garden of the University of Bochum or in the surrounding fields. From every window you can see into the trees. It was also important to me to be able to charge my electric car, and that worked out great. Heinz supported me in every way. You can tell that it's important to Heinz and Sigrid that guests feel comfortable, and I definitely did. I'd love to come back again. - A real feel-good place in the Ruhr area!

The apartment has a very good location to explore Bochum and the surrounding area. The metro stop is within walking distance, which makes the connection very convenient. On weekends we were able to park right in front of the property for free – a real plus! The space was clean, quiet and everything was exactly as stated in the description. Entrance is in the backyard which provides extra peace and privacy. Overall a very enjoyable stay – happy to come back!

I felt very comfortable in Dagmar's apartment. It is decorated with a lot of love for detail and I felt right at home. Dagmar is a totally lovely host - likeable and accommodating! The apartment was very clean and cozy. It's all there, whether short or long stays. Therefore, I recommend this apartment to everyone! :)

We (me and my daughter) only used the accommodation briefly. Had absolutely nothing to complain about. The communication was great, the area was very quiet despite the proximity to the highway. Clear recommendation!

We really enjoyed our stay in Bochum. The apartment is quietly located in the countryside, but at the same time absolutely central and also well connected in terms of transport. If you like a walk like us, you can easily walk to downtown Bochum. The apartment is very well equipped and nicely furnished. Ingo is an excellent host, easily accessible, friendly and thoughtful. When we come to the Ruhr area, we will stay here again and can recommend the apartment without reservations.

As with the last time, we felt completely comfortable. Martina is super friendly and provides you with all the info. The apartment is superbly furnished, it is quietly located directly on the city garden and is still very easy to reach. It's always nice to be back in the old homeland. The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Has an amazing view over Plettenberg and a forest at a very close distance so you can enjoy the calmness and peacefulness it provides. Definitely a place to visit for a retreat from a noisy city. Christine was always helpful and responsive that made our stay even better.

This apartment is the perfect place to escape the stress of everyday life and unwind alone or as a couple. Beautiful places can be seen on foot in the vicinity. We are super happy with the stay. We can only recommend it. In addition, Christian and his family are super sweet and open.

The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and the comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. Good pressure in the shower also pleased. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with a fully equipped kitchen so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past, half a day was spent washing dishes - this is not an option for those who intend to cook food themselves. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezer was found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by the evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

It is very quiet and the amenities were very good. The hot tub in particular was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet have also been provided. In the kitchen, everything that is part of the standard equipment was also there. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.
