Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe zur A40, ist aber ruhig gelegen und daher ein Ort für Einkehr und Erholung. Neben zwei großen Schlafzimmer mit einen Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, bietet die geräumige und vollausgestattete Küche viel Raum zur Entfaltung.

The bright, newly renovated and newly equipped apartment (90 m²) is located on the first floor of the house that we live in ourselves. There are two separate bedrooms. In the living room, a sofa bed can be used by two people. In the spacious, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, nothing stands in the way of a shared breakfast with six people. Wi-Fi and a large TV (46 inches) are provided. Coffee and tea are available free of charge for the first day.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

The apartment is very conveniently located in the best area of Bochum, near to both the station and the central area as well as the pretty neighbourhood around the Schauspielhaus (theatre). and yet it's very quiet. Stayed there with a toddler, the place has got everything you may need for a family stay. I highly recommend it

The apartment is very clean. Nothing is missing, for example in the kitchen. Whatever you need for cooking, frying, baking, is there. Towels are also plentiful in the bathroom and kitchen. The bed is super comfortable, the stay on the balcony with afternoon sun is a treat. On foot you are right in the countryside, e.g. on the way through the forest to the botanical garden of the University of Bochum or in the surrounding fields. From every window you can see into the trees. It was also important to me to be able to charge my electric car, and that worked out great. Heinz supported me in every way. You can tell that it's important to Heinz and Sigrid that guests feel comfortable, and I definitely did. I'd love to come back again. - A real feel-good place in the Ruhr area!

The apartment has a very good location to explore Bochum and the surrounding area. The metro stop is within walking distance, which makes the connection very convenient. On weekends we were able to park right in front of the property for free – a real plus! The space was clean, quiet and everything was exactly as stated in the description. Entrance is in the backyard which provides extra peace and privacy. Overall a very enjoyable stay – happy to come back!

Staying at Birthe's was really great! In addition to the great apartment with beautiful garden and quiet location, Birthe was an incredibly nice, open-minded and warm hostess! :) She was always easy to reach, gave us many tips for activities etc. (although she also has a lot of information material in the apartment) and was totally flexible for personal matters. I would recommend this place and Birthe as a host to everyone with a warm heart! Thank you! :)

Very pleasant stay in this ideal accommodation for 2 people, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable bed and nice balcony. Rüdiger is a very friendly and helpful host, attentive and always gives good advice while being discreet. We'll be back. Very good hosting.
