We loved our stay again in this cabin! It’s a unique cabin located in one of the most beautiful places. Deep snow. Peaceful and tranquil. Shuttle service made ease of getting to and from the cabin with our luggage. (Booked separately) The cabin owners provide all the necessities to ensure you’re warm, refreshed and comfortable. You’ll love stepping outside into the cold crisp air hearing absolutely nothing! What a beautiful adventure being there. So thankful owners share this experience.

Very peaceful stay in a beautiful setting. Very well equipped house. The deck and porch are great for watching wildlife, enjoying a late afternoon summer shower or just enjoying the view. Forrest is very thick and full of wildlife. Walking down the old logging road off the back of the property was perfect. The roads are well maintained and very walkable for park like strolls thru the neighborhood. House is located far enough off the beaten path to be peaceful but still close enough to Montrose, Gunnison, Lake City, Blue Mesa Reservoir, Ridgeway Reservoir and places in between for endless activities. The house sits at an elevation which treats guests to nice cool summer mornings and mild afternoon temperatures.

Carries place was even better than expected. really nice touches in the bathroom and kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and we immediately felt right at home. The room was walking distance to downtown where there are great restaurants and coffee shops. Carrie was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be staying there again.

My boys and I had a great Spring break thanks to the lovely comfortable cabin. I enjoyed that there was an organized binder with a lot of wonderful suggestions and detailed instructions about how to access and utilization of all the amenities and services. Since we went in winter we were worried about snow and accessibility. As well as if the cabin would be well heated. We were not disappointed. It snowed on day of check out and a wonderful gentleman helped shovel everything making our packing up and loading of the car so much easier. And the heating was perfect. Thank you so much for making our vacation amazing. One last note…..this place was well worth the price. I noticed there were hotels near by and they would not have provided the same level of comfort but were more expensive.
