The Paradise Cove is a slice of heaven. Private, quiet, and clean. I intend to stay there again!

Our family was gathering for my Nieces graduation from ETSU and it was our first time being all together in 6 years. The Dogtrot was so spacious in all areas allowing us to be able to play games and eat all together. We even had a competitive game of wiffle ball in yard. We utilized all the amazing amenities the hot tub, sauna, outdoor fireplace and played games at the outdoor table. Oh and I can’t forget the serious matches of ping pong that took place in the enclosed breeze way. We only had a couple of issues the instructions for the wood fired hot tub were no where to be found but Jason responded quickly providing instructions and the oven wouldn’t work which did cause issue with family dinner but again Jason/Brent were very apologetic and worked with us since we ended up having to leave a day early. We hope to come stay again for a longer period of time!

Such an amazing, quaint Airbnb. The area was quiet and peaceful. The mast general store on the way to the cottage was worth the stop! A perfect way to spend my wife's mother's day weekend. I'd definitely book this cottage again!

Sweet guest cottage in the mountains. Theme decor is very welcoming and comfortable. Gives rustic chic vibes. Feels spacious. Sofa bed linens and mattress pad made for a v comfortable place to sleep. Two bathrooms and ample hot water and towels. Up a steep hill, choose the one minute longer route up Possum vs Sunset road and it is not as twisty and steep. Probably not a walk to town kind of place due to the hillside perch but close enough that you wont mind the quick drive. We saw deer, bunnies and a bear in the neighborhood. Thoughtful host, lots of nice little touches (S'MORES!!!!).

This place was wonderful. The open kitchen and living room concept made cooking social and fun. There was tons of land for my dog to run around. Overall, it was a very wholesome trip. Thank you, Connie for your wonderful home.

We had an amazing stay at this mountain Airbnb! The house was super cozy and perfect for our group getaway. It was the ideal spot to come back to after long days at the festival. We loved cooking together, relaxing, and just enjoying the peaceful vibe. Even with the rainy weather and festival madness, this place felt like a home base. Thank you for such a lovely and comfortable stay!

I'm usually pretty picky, but I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Neighbors were quiet and the environment was peaceful and relaxed. Porch was great for coffee sipping and plenty green grass and trees for our dog to do her business. Inside was roomy and perfect for 2 adults to lounge while recovering from our hikes. Everything was clean and worry free, with the exception of the dishwasher that seemed to not be working during our stay. The washer/dryer was quite handy as it allowed us to wash clothes from the comfort of our own space. Beds and furniture were all comfortable (no sags) and clean. Everything just felt like home away from home - perfect place to recover from all our adventuring.

We had a great stay at Rebecca's place! It was close to Boone and even closer to grocery shopping, gas and restaurants. It was convenient to The Blue Ridge Parkway and countless hiking trails. The home was beautiful and the fenced-in back yard was appreciated as; we brought our dogs. Even though the photos show a split-rail fence, it is backed up with wire mesh so the dogs were free to roam back there and they loved it. The fire pit was awesome and the deck and furniture was comfy at the end of a day of hiking. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Boone and the surrounding area.

Our first ABNB experience and Bill made everything easy. House was perfect for us. We are in our 50s and traveled with my 75yr old mom and too small pups. The house is amazing, clean, quiet area off the main rd. Exactly what we wanted. We will definitely return as my kids and grandkids live up here. Perfect host!

The house was beautiful and very clean and stocked with everything needed. If you are looking for a relaxing tranquil stay this is it. We drank our morning coffee sitting by the fire pit listening to sounds of the stream. Amy and Mark are the best hosts and remembered it was our anniversary as mentioned. We loved the fresh eggs, local cheese and crackers. We visited all the local shops and restaurants in West Jefferson which is a short drive away. The best part was our visit to their farm Glendale Ridge. We loved seeing all the alpaca's including a new baby, goats, sheep, and dogs. We will definitely be back to visit soon.

We had a fantastic stay at this mountain house! The location by the river was stunning, and the privacy made it the perfect escape. The house was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and there was plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy. It was also great for the kids and our pets – they loved the open space and outdoor areas. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

We had an amazing time during our stay! The property was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space. The attention to detail was amazing. We made use of the guest house which was also very nice. The chef's kitchen was a wonderful add. Great location. Would definitely go again.

Our entire experience was amazing. Darren was extremely helpful and accommodating. The property is beautiful with a lot of things for the whole family. We will definitely be returning for another visit. Darren went above and beyond.

I stayed here for three months as I was looking for a place to relocate and I absolutely loved my stay here! It is a beautiful location, where you can see the lake and so much access to many hiking trails. The Airbnb is adorable and both my dog and I felt right at home. David was an incredible host and was super proactive to seeing what I needed or ways to make my stay better. The day I came was a huge snow storm and I mentioned how my car doesn’t drive well in the snow and he came and completely cleared my parking spot. There was an also a time I had car troubles and he was able to give his trusty mechanic’s number. David went above and beyond in my stay there even offered to grab things while they were closer in town. Some things to be mindful of is the location is a on a busy road and cell service is not great in the area so if you are looking to unplug this is perfect! I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to all my family visiting!

We loved the home and it had plenty of room for the six of us (5 adults and a toddler). Yard was so peaceful and we enjoyed the cows right outside the door. We would definitely stay again. If I had to make any suggestions I would say maybe ceiling fans in the bedrooms but other than that it was great!

Our family had the best time. This trip was one of, if not the best vacations we have ever had. That is in large part thanks to our hosts and their beautiful home! We enjoyed every minute, from booking to checkout. We would visit here again.

Went to enjoy the river and relax. It met all expectations. It’s a peaceful place right on the river. A lot of wildlife in the area…deer, wild turkey, hawks, geese, ducks, fireflies. Very easy access for fishing and the river has plenty of trout. Adjacent to laurel creek waterfalls which was a simple hike and good swimming holes. Very clean and welcoming and had all the amenities we needed. Didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay there again.

My partner and I stay here a couple of times a year and love it every time! Please do not allow the scary news around the hurricane to deter you from staying in this beautiful location and supporting such a wonderful community. It is very clear how much work has gone into rebuilding - the cottage is easily accessible by car, and all the attractions of Boone are open. This cabin is our favorite getaway, and every time we stay we never want to leave!
