Situated between the iconic towns of Como and Bellagio, both just a short 25-minute scenic drive away. 🚩[DISCLAIMER] •The apartment is located on 3rd floor accessible only by a flight of stairs as there is no lift. • During busy periods you might find it problematic finding parking, for this reason we are happy to suggest alternative parking spaces and streets within a 10min walk.

Public parking is 100 meters from the property (historic center of the village, limited traffic): you need to climb about 80 steps to access the property. No air conditioning.

The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
