You have silence and peace but no bars & shops in the very vicinity, but at 10 min. walking down the hill. Could not be suitable for small kids, because of inner stairs.

We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden.
