Quiet, it is close to the village (8 min walk) and its shops (bakery, grocery, pharmacy, restaurant). This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for everyone (family and friends). The Blasimon leisure center with its lake, beach and sports activities are 5 minutes away, the medieval city of Saint-Emilion is 20 minutes away, the city of Bordeaux is 50 minutes away and the ocean beaches are 1.5 hours away.

Renovated house in the heart of Entre-de-Mers, ideally located for visiting the area, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux. In the town of Blasimon, not far from the departmental lake and the Abbey. My grandparents put their heart and soul into it. So yes, I put my own touch on it, but it was mostly a choice to keep this property that they had left me. I loved growing up there, coming and living there, so I'm sure others will appreciate this place and keep it alive.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.
