After completing an 8 day road trip, this was our last night stay before heading to monument valley and then back home. Out of all the AirBnB’s on this trip and any of my others this was the best place I have stayed. The apartment was beautiful and super clean and tidy. It was extremely spacious. We stayed as only two but it could easily house a group of 4 with no problems. Mike and Sherry provided incredibly detailed instructions and the inside is filled with more helpful notes around the place. They were super responsive and helpful during our stay. As a bonus, Mike has a gallery of some amazing ceramic artwork at the entryway to the apartment. The only warning I would provide is the steps to the place (22) are a bit steep for anyone who might struggle with that or have a ton of heavy stuff to carry. Otherwise this was the absolute perfect space!

House was on second floor so carried up all our luggage. House had plenty of linens and towels for our stay. Kitchen was well equipped. House does need a deep clean after being closed up . Otherwise, it suited us perfectly, plenty of room and safe neighborhood.

The Yurt was a big hit with my group! The kids loved the loft area and it was great that there were some toys, games and kids books! The living spaces were perfect. We weren’t sure if it would feel big enough with 8 people, but having the two rooms, the loft, and two bathrooms along with a decently sized kitchen area and living area made it very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property!

The Roost has a LOT OF CHARACTER !, very nice interior design. The location was rural, yet by the main road, and yet quiet, which is was good fit for our trip. Sage was a GREAT HOST and he helped us! If any of your group has dog / cat / dust allergies be mindful. One of our kids has a mild allergy and she had bad reaction in one of the rooms and she had allergic reactions for several days after the staying here. Overall a very nice AirBnB!

COMFY…Newly Renovated 2 bedroom HOME!

My mom and I stayed at Jeremy & Staci's place about 2.5 years ago, and we remembered how well we slept and how convenient the location was, so we decided to stay again for our trip to the area this year. It was just like we remembered it! The location is a great jumping off point to see the nearest parks (Arches, Canyonlands, Natural Bridges, Mesa Verde), and once again we slept very well and were very comfortable. There is a gas station nearby which it appears is used as a overnight truck stop and there were occasionally trucks idling for a long time there, including overnight. It did not bother us in the end and we slept well despite the idling, but we could hear the trucks, especially with the windows open. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay yet again and would recommend this property to other guests.

Our four-night stay at Dan and Gaylene’s place was excellent. The home was bright, spotlessly clean and well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items. Bonus points for the drip coffee maker. The location is perfect for Canyonlands, Natural Bridges and all this corner of Utah has to offer. After long days of hiking we were happy to relax on the comfy sofas and beds.

The Juniper Ridge cabin was a perfect choice for our large family ... there was plenty of room for 9 people. We were able to cook in the spacious kitchen and dine together at the huge dinner table. The location is perfectly-situated between Monument Valley and Arches/Canyonlands. Preston was a great host. He was extremely responsive when we had a problem with one of the appliances and it was fixed almost immediately. We definitely recommend this place and will stay again when in this part of the country.

This place is situated in a very quiet agrarian community with full fledged amenities to spend your stay. If you are animal lover then you would enjoy the surroundings here. My son enjoyed by watching them during our stay. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay prior to Moab, Utah in the above type of settings for your need.

An excellent place for a group of 10! It has a couple of private bedrooms and two dormitory-style rooms, providing plenty of space. The two full bathrooms and kitchen were very convenient. We had a couple of minor issues, but Regan responded quickly and took care of them right away. Highly recommend!

I visited with a group of college students. Janet was very kind and accommodated us during the off-season. We loved our stay! It was a cold weekend but each cabin stayed warm from the wood-burning stoves. We had a great time and are super grateful for Janet's wonderful hospitality.

Big spacious place. Shampoo and soap provided. Spices galore. 2 pans & 1 pot provided. Good water pressure. Remember to strip beds & remove trash cans at check out. I forgot to look at the Airbnb policy for this sellers.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It had all the listed large and small appliances (and some unlisted), had plenty of room, and a plethora of amenities and conveniences (even a basket of goodies) that provided for a comfortable and enjoyable 10-day stay. Marta, the host, has thought of everything. Great home-base location for exploring, hiking, and photographing the numerous canyons, recreation areas, national parks and national monuments. It is all within, at the most, a two-hour drive. Marta provided excellent advice and recommendations on additional areas to explore that I was not aware of. A great place to stay with a wonderful host, well worth the price. I plan to stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Monticello at Rich’s family’s home. The home is very cute, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The peanut m and ms were a hit too 😊 Rich was a great host and responded immediately to any inquiries. Being able to walk to all the restaurants in the town was a plus too. If you are staying in Monticello and want a great home on a central location to stay in, we highly recommend Rich’s place.

The house is just as described within the Airbnb post. The size of the home worked well for my husband and I. A quiet space with a beautiful view of the Abajo Mountains in the distance. Easy check in and check out.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin's airbnb. Upon a late arrival all the lights were turned on to welcome us. We had a fairly last minute 5th guest add-on and the host had a spare twin mattress already ready with sheets, blanket, and pillow. We were able to use the kitchen for breakfasts and making packed lunches with ease, and communication was prompt when we asked if there was a humidifier we could use.

The Bears Den was clean and cozy. We really appreciated having individual AC/Heat units in each room because my mother-in-law likes her room very warm but we sleep cool. One of the main reasons we chose Bears Den was because of its location and it is handicap accessible, including the shower in the master bedroom. The house was a great hub for us while exploring Monument Valley, Petrified Forest, and Valley of the Gods.

Great place to stay, especially with kids. It's on a quiet street and a grocery store is a block away. Kids loved the Pac Man arcade game! Very clean and very comfortable (especially the sofa in the living room). Undoubtedly the next time we are in the area we'll book a stay here!
