Monthly Rentals in Black

This stay was perfect, the home was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our group. The river view was great! Everything was clean and accessible. Our host was fantastic. Was extremely responsive(even before booking). Made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite. This is probably one of the best host(s)/stay experiences I have had in years as far as value, quality, expectation, and host communications. We look forward to many more stays here! We were extremely pleased with the house. The 2 boys had very nice rooms, they liked them! Our room was also very nice. It was a quiet neighborhood unlike many other places. Being a separate house there were no close neighbors to hear, especially in the late evening. It was a safe area to go for walks. We were very pleased with everything.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, the river was gorgeous, and the cabin was cozy and rather spacious! We had a campfire in the firepit and watched a few of the DVDs (big selection!). The kids had fun waving to the neighbors who drove by. Great weekend, great cabin, great host!
