Excellent stay thanks to Florence and her apartment. Close to all amenities, and parking (sometimes a little longer to find a spot), we enjoyed our accommodation. The only downside is the size of the bathroom, very small and accessible only through the bedroom. In itself, it remains an anecdote compared to all the good times spent there (and more generally in Saint-Quay-Portrieux). Thanks to Florence for the good advice and information she gave us. We'll be back for sure.

We spent a few nice days as a family in Gwenaëlle's apartment. The location and views are amazing! The apartment is very clean, spacious and even more beautiful than in the photos - especially the large terrace! There is everything you need, even salt, sugar, oil, coffee, etc. Communication and check-in/check-out was very easy and straightforward. Gwenaëlle was very nice and easy to reach! We were completely satisfied. Thank you!

Les toits de Nazado is a small cocoon, nicely decorated, peaceful, no noise, perfect for resting after a beautiful day of hiking. We slept very well in the room. We enjoyed the bedding, pillows and duvet. The bathroom is very nice with a large shower. The landscapes are magical, and the town of Erquy is lovely. It's all about walking. Shops and restaurants are right next door and the beach too. Very easy communication with Noemie and thanks to Nolwenn who kindly welcomed us despite our delay. We'll be happy to go back!

Everything was perfect and met our expectations. There's a good chance we'll be back.

Very nice little apartment for a stay, in a secure residence, easy to find, easy to access, the instructions were clear, close to RN12 so quick access to just about anything you want. Nearby shops, restaurants too (Brasserie l o, not less I recommend it, excellent food). A spotless stay for a non-excessive price and responsive host

First of all, a big thank you to Régis for hosting us! We had a lovely week of family vacation at this place. The view is splendid and you can enjoy it from both the interior of the accommodation and the terrace. Very functional apartment and equipment (we had everything we needed). We took nice walks along the coastal path. The geographical location allowed us to discover the pink granite coast, Lanion, Treguier, Paimpol and spend a day on the island of Bréhat. We highly recommend it!

Being young, going up the floors (building without an elevator) didn't bother me. Apartment set back from the city center but 3 minutes walk from the pedestrian center!

impeccable accommodation, very clean .plein.pied pleasant as well as the view, we extended our stay by a day...just a small downside the opening of the glass window, very difficult to open...The rest impeccable..

Take back from previous reviews, it's all written. Idyllic place, very close to the GR and very quiet. Samuel takes care of you (you tell him about table tennis and he looks for you and finds a room to play:-)). Too strong!! A place that we keep in mind for a future (longer) stay.

A very pleasant 15-day stay in this beautiful seaside resort of Val André. The accommodation offered is ideally located: sea 2 steps away, restaurants and services nearby, while being quiet! The host is very responsive, welcoming and accommodating. We recommend Loïc ++++
