Very nice accommodation, with new equipment and very nicely decorated. Lots of tidying up, so very convenient. Very friendly host, responsive by message and welcoming. We enjoyed our exchanges and the thoughtful touches when we arrived as well as the flexibility when we left. Steven and Audrey will do their utmost to perfect your stay. Listing absolutely in line with its description and photos. Very good for the couple with baby we were. Binic is also a charming town.

Extraordinary apartment, with a sublime view of Pléneuf beach, you don't get tired of looking at the sea from the large bay windows. High-end amenities. Only the beds deserve to be larger and more comfortable: the double beds are 160 and the mattresses could be better. Plus: parking with GreenUp socket.

We had a fantastic time in Plérin - not least because of this wonderful accommodation. The views from the terrace and from the apartment were really a dream, just like in the photos. And Pauline is a great and very warm host - thank you so much!! We highly recommend this AirBnb!

A helpful and attentive host, well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bedding and perfectly arranged for a pleasant stay. A garden with a magnificent view. A quiet location and access to the city center in 5 minutes.

As already indicated to Caroline and Géraud, I had a great time at Les Rosaires which I know very well. Their listing is identical to the images in the listing. Everything is clean, beautiful and delicately decorated, the dishes are pretty, with delicate glassware, nothing is missing to spend an unforgettable time, and there are very appreciable details such as the book of the history of the Rosaries and the tide almanac of the Plérin Zone. It's great, thanks to Caroline and Géraud, and especially see you very soon, not in summer because it's unfortunately above my budget 😉

Very satisfied with our stay, hosted with great kindness and discretion, very quiet and easy to access, very clean, photos consistent with the accommodation, Also note a beautiful Super U nearby, a bakery and pharmacy as well as a biscuit shop. And Binic, a port in the city where it's nice to stroll and eat.

The place is peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and the surroundings offer beautiful walks as well as several water activities offered nearby. It's a really perfect accommodation, nothing is missing. Great stay at Samuel's, clean and well located accommodation.

Michel is a responsive and pleasant host. His accommodation is as described, it would almost be necessary to specify the very nice setting in which it is located with "the abbey" and the park of the retirement home. It's charming. Well placed to be able to walk around the area. Small downside on cleanliness which is more due to a failure of the concierge. Michel's son was responsive to help us with the shortcomings. The pillows (cushions) should be reviewed, however. In itself, a good weekend in the area.

The accommodation is faithful to the description with little touches that make the difference (small treats, jams, orange juice, etc.) Impeccable and very well-equipped accommodation as well as comfortable bedding +++ the spa bath a real little plus with a bathroom also very well equipped (hair dryer and straightener). pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning views of the lake. we would definitely recommend this place.
