Beautiful stay with friends, all the services met our expectations, a very pleasant interpersonal quality

We had a great time with friends. Beautiful house, clean and well-equipped, consistent with the photos. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. As for the indoor pool, it's a plus, plus, plus, especially since we had our favorite lifeguard for the water aerobics classes! A huge thank you to Karine for her warm welcome, kindness and availability. Recommended without hesitation.

We spent wonderful days in this very special cottage! Magali and Bruno designed the small beach house with a lot of love and clever ideas. The view from the living room and the immediate location on the beach is stunning! We also liked that the house is located at the end of the village, so it is quiet, but you can walk to restaurants etc. very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

we had a great time in a very clean accommodation, tastefully decorated, very well equipped whether for cooking, dishes, bed linen...the outside is well equipped as well. Congrats on this quality renovation! Audrey is very responsive, accurate in the information, that you positive even for the price.

The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be accessed via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modernly decorated and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed it very much.

We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in May in this house which far exceeded our expectations. Everything is designed for comfort and pleasure: the pool and play areas made our children happy, and the quality outdoor facilities allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation. The house is nestled in a peaceful oasis, with a splendid view a few steps away, while being ideally located near the Breton seaside resorts. A perfect setting for a family looking to combine tranquility and discoveries. A huge thank you to Alexandra and Julien for their warm welcome, availability and kindness, which greatly contributed to the success of this stay. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time here. Emmanuel and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. The gite was perfectly located for the sights of Brittany. The swimming pool was also nice to take a dip in from time to time. We'd love to come back here. Definitely recommended in beautiful Brittany.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's. Very good hosting. The listing fits perfectly with the listing description. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's like home! It's a little haven of peace! Despite the proximity to the city center, it is very quiet. Marie was full of small touches during our stay, it was a beautiful meeting! We enjoyed the pool. We'll be back, that's for sure

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Small house full of charm with quality services, very pleasant as accommodation, we highly recommend it! Binic is a very dynamic and welcoming town with a nice harbor lined with shops and nice beaches all 5 minutes from the house, really great!

Warm welcome from the owners; attentive and available. The house is very functional, lots of charm, restored with taste and simplicity. Located a few steps from the center, it's easy to find shops and cultural activities. The beaches are not far away either and, at the end of the street, a beautiful panorama of the sea. By car, it is very easy to get to a few kilometers on either side of the coast to discover breathtaking views, beautiful beaches, hiking trails and charming small Breton towns. We had a pleasant stay; too short.

Carole’s place was a fabulous old house, beautifully renovated and decorated as seen in the photos. Lots of steps over the 3 floors in the house but the living space is very comfortable and well equipped for a stay in a home away from home. Carole was always very responsive and so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The large garden was well maintained with lots of areas for dinning and relaxing. Plenty of room for parking also but with tight access a small car is recommended. Great location close to the beautiful port , town and small beach of St Quay, Portrieux and easy access driving to lots of other beaches and towns in the area. Would be very happy to stay here again 😁

The house is perfectly in order and fully equipped with everything you need! Everything was very clean. Advantages: - Garden with garden furniture - Fully equipped kitchen - cozy - easy to darken with shutters - parking space - spacious Downsides: - the bed was a little too narrow for us (140cm)

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are nice coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Emmanuelle's house is a true earthly paradise. Photos aren't enough to convey the beauty of the place. Both the inside and out are beautiful. All the rooms of the house allow you to admire a breathtaking landscape, which changes continuously with the rhythm of the tides. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful views of the coast. The interior is carefully decorated and tastefully furnished. The house is super equipped (appliances, dishes, kitchen utensils, children's games, etc.). It offers absolute comfort, unlike many vacation homes, where you can only find the essentials. The maintenance is perfect and the cleanliness exemplary. Nearby are all the useful shops for shopping and Paimpol is a five-minute drive. Emmanuelle was an exceptional host.

Excellent stay on the water (well almost...) to end the year. The site is amazing and everything is nearby. The house is very functional and tastefully decorated. A property worth recommending!

Severine and Frédéric's house is welcoming, original and perfectly equipped. The garden is a cocoon of greenery. It is very close to the port, restaurants and other shops. We did not meet our hosts but our exchanges were friendly, their directions quite clear and their responsiveness exemplary. You will understand where you need to go if you want to have a pleasant stay in Binic.

We spent a week In June at this lovely bungalow. It's very comfortable and private, and it has a beautiful garden. The house is just a short distance away from the spectacular coastline. There are beaches, walks and sights in the immediate vicinity. Jean François is a very welcoming and responsive host. Would definitely recommend.

A perfect stay. The house is charming, very well furnished, with all the essentials for a great time. The small garden is a real plus, extremely pleasant, in a quiet and very friendly environment. The rooms are very beautiful too, but everything is. They're adorable, available, and thoughtful. I would recommend it without a second thought!
