Vacation rentals with beach access in Binic-Étables-sur-Mer

Sylvain's apartment is as described and super nice; well located in front of the beach, quiet, close to shops, bars and restaurants with private parking, in the small village of Binic. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The bedding is excellent and the room is quiet. Sylvain is very friendly and our relationships were simplest and most practical. In short, you will have guessed that we highly recommend this host and his apartment.

We loved it: - The splendid view of the sea from all the windows of the home and from the cozy terrace. - The immediate proximity to the beach and different hiking trails . You can access the pretty seaside resort of Pleneuf by an easy path that runs along the sea ( 2km). - Shops, restaurants and supermarket 4km away by car. - And above all, Roger's kindness, discretion and small touches. Great stay.

The place was clean and nice. The harbor view from the balcony was much appreciated. This place is a good central point to shine in the Erquy and Cap Fréhel region. Small potential for improvement by installing wifi for hosts. Thanks to Quentin and his dad.

A great Easter weekend at Pierrette and Jean Michel's place. Flawless or even impeccable accommodation (just like at home.) Waking up to this view, I'll never get tired of it. When you leave the accommodation, you have your feet in the sand, no need to take out the car. To be redone Let's go without so much as a second thought

We had a great stay at Lionel's. His apartment is very functional and close to beaches and shops in a very quiet residence. Lionel is very responsive. We didn't miss a thing.

Very nice little weekend with family on Binic. We liked the apartment as much as our children did. The different rooms are large. The kitchen is very well equipped. And the pleasant balcony for breakfast in the sun. All surrounded by a park where we came across a squirrel. Excellent apartment. And Kevin is very responsive.

This was our second stay at this listing (July 2023 and August 2024) and we will be happy to go back. The location is great just steps away from the beach. Beautiful sea view. I 100% recommend this accommodation, offering breathtaking views of the sea, a real haven of peace conducive to relaxation. Direct access to the sea and walk along the coastline. Comfort exceeds all our expectations: the bedding is extremely comfortable, the linens smell divinely good and the amenities are far beyond what we had imagined. Communication with our host Marie was excellent from booking to checkout. Marie and her husband and her little family welcomed us with great warmth and kindness.

It was just perfect. The location of the house is just amazing with breathtaking sea views. The house is simple but very clean, ideal for 6 people or even 8. We thank Pauline for her flexibility regarding our checkout time. You can go there without a second thought.

We loved our stay at this home in Saint Quay. It was perfect for our two families with 4 small children total, ranging in ages 1-7 years old. There were lots of activities for the children, a fenced yard with clear views from the home, lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, and walking distance to Casino Beach, which has tons of restaurants and attractions.

We had a lovely stay at Sylvie's, the house is charming, well-equipped, comfortable and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable and quality. When you arrive at Sylvie's, you feel at home. In addition, Sylvie pays special attention to the hosting, including for children. Our kids felt at home, they instantly found their brand which is more than appreciated. Although the reason for our arrival was not the most cheerful, the stay at Sylvie's was a little breath of fresh air during this difficult time. Sylvie deserves all the positive reviews as well as her Superhost gratification. If we come back to Saint Quay, did not hesitate to rent again with Sylvie. Thanks for our stay

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Pierre's apartment! They were more than adorable, even offering us to pick us up by car upon arrival. They answered our questions and were flexible on arrival and departure. The apartment was spotless, the location very peaceful. We took advantage of the surrounding area to ride a bike for 4 days. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Very good hosting by the owner in this recent listing. Calm, tranquility with an underground parking space and balcony characterize this apartment with quick access to the seafront (GR34), beaches and shops within walking distance.

Beautiful stay in this beautiful apartment in an ideal location, by the water with a quality restaurant on the ground floor. Superb views. Hervé is a very accommodating host and has good tips for visiting the area. Finally our children loved it, we will be back!

Very nice studio, very well located 15 minutes' walk to the city center, beach, port... very quiet neighborhood. The studio has a very nice balcony. The best part of this studio is the nice view of the sea.

We thank her very much for the pancakes and the bottle of cider that were waiting for us upon arrival. The studio was very clean, thoughtfully decorated and very well equipped.
