the apartment is very functional, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, the view from the kitchen window may be one of the most beautiful in the city (the binoculars left available to observe the landscape are a great idea!). Only small downside, but nothing serious, a lack of window and velux blanketing that can prevent sleeping in the morning. Otherwise everything is perfect, I would recommend!

when you enter the apartment, you will feel right at home. It is immediately noticeable that Alexandra really takes care of this accommodation. The instruction booklet with nice restaurants and things to visit are a plus. Saint-Cast-le Guildo is a nice village with nice restaurants and a nice harbor, from here you can make several nice excursions. We greatly enjoyed our stay!!

Great accommodation and value for money. As described in the listing with plenty of amenities in the kitchen for us to cook. Nice views of the local church. Easy to find free on street parking, good base to explore local areas by car. Excellent bakery and shop located below the property.

We were warmly greeted by Noëlle, who is very friendly. She gave us some great tips for visiting the region. The apartment is very well-equipped, with good bedding and fast wifi. The view is beautiful on the Rosaires beach, which is nice to walk on. We highly recommend this listing. One regret: not staying longer!

We had a very nice week in Binic with Samuel! The apartment is really nicely located, quietly away from the town center, but still well connected. You can reach the beach or the GR34 in a few minutes and the nearest supermarket is also within easy reach. The apartment itself is very cozy and nicely furnished, you have everything you need for a cozy stay. Samuel is a very warm host, we were greeted directly in a friendly manner and received many good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely apartment, had difficulty finding as the road was barred due to road works. Would have liked a bakery in walking distance. Excellent base for Dinard and St Malo

Thanks to our very kind and discreet hosts. The accommodation smelled fresh and clean upon arrival. Very quiet and peaceful district. Despite the proximity to the railway, we didn't hear the trains. Excellent stay and very beautiful area.

Possibility of shopping on foot (Carrefour market & bakery). The sound of the waves is pleasant to hear, even at night. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Cleanliness+++ The host, Renan, is available, responsive and flexible. Very much appreciated! Area is beautiful! Especially since the Sentier des Douaniers is within walking distance of the apartment. We had a lovely stay with 3 adults & 2 dogs. Thanks!

I had a great stay with my 2 small children. Impeccable apartment, very pleasant and very well located, close to the sea, restaurants, supermarket... Easy access with parking space right next door. We were even able to eat outside on the small terrace. Pleasant host and good communication. I would highly recommend it. My children and I really enjoyed it. We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!
