This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. Our lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, we do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to our steep hill). We are near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. We have 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. Our cabin is on over 4 acres, plenty of room to relax. We have a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit grill and gas grill.

This is a 24 X 40 foot knotty pine cabin with a very open floor plan. It sleeps a family of 4-6 nicely. It is located on great fishing lake that connects to the mighty Mississippi. It is in the heart of the Cuyuna State Park Area and all of the bike trails! A very peaceful UPNORTH location with breathtaking sunsets. The loons will hypnotize you with their calls. I travel a lot and make this cabin available when I am away. There are some kayaks and SUP's available, too!
