Condo vacation rentals in Biesanz Beach

Nice space. A little smaller than it appeared in the pictures but fine for the two of us. Would be crowded with 4+ people. Right on beach. Air conditioning worked well but turns off if you don’t move around for awhile. Easy enough to restart.

El alojamiento es muy bonito. Se encuentra frente al mar lo cual es genial ya que desde el balcón puedes disfrutar de una vista inigualable. Las habitaciones son cómodas al igual que los baños. Alex respondió con rapidez las veces que me tuve que comunicar con él y resolvió rápidamente un pequeño contratiempo que tuvimos. Fue muy amable y estuvo siempre atento por cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de unos días de descanso en un hermoso lugar. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Lo recomiendo. Una vista maravillosa y la playa fantástica para quienes disfrutan de la naturaleza. El apartamento invita a relajarse y dan ganas de quedarse más tiempo.

The ocean vista villa was amazing and if anything, even better than pictured. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and was ideally located near the center of Manuel Antonio but still peaceful and private. Josh was an excellent and very welcoming host, and Geralyn the concierge was incredibly helpful too. They made us feel right at home with many thoughtful touches. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. El apartamento está impecablemente mantenido, con todos los detalles pensados para una estadía cómoda y relajante. Despertar con vista al mar fue un verdadero lujo. La comunicación con el anfitrión también fue fluida y muy amable. ¡Nos encantó!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement. Un endroit tres calme et paisible. Un hote (Bruce)et une hotesse (Gloria) tres discret. On ne peut demander d'etre plus près de la plage, qui est merveilleuse avec du sable fin, il n'y a pratiquement, voir personne sur la plage, on peut s'y baigner facilement. Une piscine superbe au pied de l'appartement. L'appartement était superbe, très confortable avec une vue sur l'océan, un bruit de fond relaxant. Les photos sont identiques a la réalité donc pas de soucis a se faire De plus, n'hésitez pas de profiter de l'expertise de Gloria pour recevoir des massages directement sur place. Une expérience tres relaxant et vos courbatures seront derrriere vous :-). Tout mes maux ont disparus. Merci Gloria :-). Ce n'est qu'un au revoir Bruce & Gloria. A bientot

Beautiful location on the beach. The beach only had a few people on it the entire time we were there. Beautiful sunsets.

Le logement était super , proche de tout :) belle vue et pouvons marcher jusqu’à la plage ! Plusieurs piscine de disponible Je recommande. Noté que l’eau de douche n’est pas chaude mais ça rafraîchit;p

Es un bello apartamento frente a una playa con seguridad y guardavidas . Tomas tus comidas con el sonido del mar . El apartamento está precioso con muebles de muy buena calidad y las camas estuvieron deliciosas para un descanso perfecto. Tienen juegos de mesa y hasta sillas de playa , bola , buggies. Le doy un 200/100! Solo tener en cuenta que el mar es de cuidado y si eres amante de estar dentro del agua en las olas , mejor te desplazas a alguna zona cercana como Manuel Antonio que queda muy cerca . Eso hicimos y nos encantó lo cerca que estábamos y volver a un apartamento tan acogedor al final de un día de playa ! Volveré sin lugar a duda . Además Eduardo fue sumamente amable con el ingreso !

El apartamento ubicado en el 5 piso tiene una vista al océano magnífica. El mismo tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. Entre lo posible volveremos y lo recomiendo a otros usuarios.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr geräumig. Die außen Küche mit dem Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Jeden Morgen konnten wir tucane von dort aus beobachten. Die Ansprechpartneri n Itza war sehr lieb und immer sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und Michael war immer gut erreichbar!

Maravilloso lugar! Y la anfitriona super atenta. Encontramos el lugar perfectamente limpio y ordenando. Definitivamente volveremos!

La casa es muy bonita y amplia, todo muy limpio y ordenado, a 6 minutos en carro de Quepos, se necesita vehículo para movilizarse con facilidad, una muy buena decisión quedarnos acá, Luis Fernándo, no s colaboro siempre que lo solicitamos. Esperamos volver pronto!.

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

We loved the place. Everything was as described. Very clean and organized. We had no issues checking in. The guards were very nice and friendly so we felt very safe. We had an issue with one of the sinks and Iliana took care of it within 20 mimutes. We appreciated her fast response. We were confortable at all times just like home.

My family loved our stay at the Toucan Condo at Chaman Villas. The condo was great with the two bedrooms and two baths. It allowed my kids to sleep in different beds. The kitchen is great and my kids enjoyed the balcony and looking for monkeys and sloths. We loved being able to swim in the pool (what looks like a hot tub is just a small pool with jets where the water spills into the pool below). A couple of things I would note: 1. The location is near the road and there are motorcycles that go by at all hours. 2. The condo itself requires going down about 15 steps and then back up 15 steps from the main walkway. 3. The unit is very secure with three different locks, from the property gate to the unit lock to the slider door lock. 4. If you want to see monkeys or sloths, the best time seemed to be early am (6am) or late morning (10am). Best viewing is by the pool but can also see from the balcony. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Toucan condo and would go back!

Loved the Villa Atardecer. It was a beautiful villa with every amenity you could want for a vacation. The location was good with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Donnelle and Tara were responsive to every question I had and fixed an issue immediately. The elevator was an issue at times, but was fixed. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. The balcony is the star attraction with comfortable seating and sunbathing lounge chairs. The wildlife is a nonstop attraction. Squirrel Monkeys, Howler Monkeys, Iguanas , Tuscans, Macaw and parrots abound. Such fun watching all the animals. It was an easy location for pickup by the tour vans too. I highly recommend this Villa.

Gerardo’s place is perfect and exactly as described. If you want a big beautiful beach with lots of sun and steady waves while feeling very safe this is the place for you. For us it was a bit too hot but hey, we are from Canada and are used to cold haha. Gerardo was very responsive to our inquiries and made our stay great.

The Shana is a great resort and Kent’s place was wonderful. Everything was so clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. We loved to sit and relax in the rocking chairs and watch the mischievous capuchin monkeys get into everything at the resort. So much space in this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. Will definitely come back.

Precioso departamento duplex. Dentro de una villa muy tranquila con piscina. Full equipado. Lo recomiendo!!

Carrie fue una anfitriona con excelente atención. El lugar con muchas comodidades, todo funcionaba de maravilla. Estaba muy limpio y una decoración preciosa. La ubicación es excelente, no tuvimos problemas para ingresar, pues las instrucciones fueron claras. Definitivamente es un lugar para volver !
