Condo vacation rentals in Biesanz Beach

Nice space. A little smaller than it appeared in the pictures but fine for the two of us. Would be crowded with 4+ people. Right on beach. Air conditioning worked well but turns off if you don’t move around for awhile. Easy enough to restart.

The accommodation is very nice. It is located in front of the sea, which is great since from the balcony you can enjoy an unparalleled view. The bedrooms are comfortable, as are the bathrooms. Alex responded quickly the times I had to contact him and quickly resolved a small setback we had. He was very friendly and always attentive to anything we needed. My family and I enjoyed a few days of rest in a beautiful place. I recommend it 100%.

I recommend it. A wonderful view and fantastic beach for those who enjoy nature. The apartment invites you to relax and make you want to stay longer.

The ocean vista villa was amazing and if anything, even better than pictured. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and was ideally located near the center of Manuel Antonio but still peaceful and private. Josh was an excellent and very welcoming host, and Geralyn the concierge was incredibly helpful too. They made us feel right at home with many thoughtful touches. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Our experience was excellent. The apartment is impeccably maintained, with all the details thought out for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up to ocean views was a real treat. Communication with the host was also smooth and very friendly. We loved it!

We had a lovely week at this apartment. A very quiet and peaceful place. A very discreet host (Bruce)and hostess (Gloria). We cannot ask to be closer to the beach, which is wonderful with fine sand, there is practically no one on the beach, it is easy to swim there. A superb pool at the foot of the apartment. The apartment was superb, very comfortable with ocean views, relaxing background noise. The photos are identical to reality so no worries In addition, feel free to take advantage of Gloria's expertise to receive massages directly on site. A very relaxing experience and your aches will be behind you:-). All my ills have disappeared. Thanks Gloria:-). It's just a goodbye Bruce & Gloria. See you soon

Beautiful location on the beach. The beach only had a few people on it the entire time we were there. Beautiful sunsets.

The place was great , close to everything:) nice view and can walk to the beach! Multiple pools available I recommend it. Noted that the shower water is not hot but it cools;p

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. We'll return if possible, and I recommend it to other users.

The place was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with the balcony very much. Every morning we could watch toucans from there. The contact person Itza was very sweet and always immediately available. We really enjoyed the time there and Michael was always easily accessible!

We had a wonderful time at Bejuco Beach. Everything was great. We can only highly recommend the flat. It was perfect.

The house is very nice and spacious, everything is very clean and tidy, 6 minutes by car from Quepos, you need a vehicle to move easily, a very good decision to stay here, Luis Fernándo, I don't collaborate whenever we request it. We hope to be back soon!.

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

We loved the place. Everything was as described. Very clean and organized. We had no issues checking in. The guards were very nice and friendly so we felt very safe. We had an issue with one of the sinks and Iliana took care of it within 20 mimutes. We appreciated her fast response. We were confortable at all times just like home.

My family loved our stay at the Toucan Condo at Chaman Villas. The condo was great with the two bedrooms and two baths. It allowed my kids to sleep in different beds. The kitchen is great and my kids enjoyed the balcony and looking for monkeys and sloths. We loved being able to swim in the pool (what looks like a hot tub is just a small pool with jets where the water spills into the pool below). A couple of things I would note: 1. The location is near the road and there are motorcycles that go by at all hours. 2. The condo itself requires going down about 15 steps and then back up 15 steps from the main walkway. 3. The unit is very secure with three different locks, from the property gate to the unit lock to the slider door lock. 4. If you want to see monkeys or sloths, the best time seemed to be early am (6am) or late morning (10am). Best viewing is by the pool but can also see from the balcony. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Toucan condo and would go back!

Loved the Villa Atardecer. It was a beautiful villa with every amenity you could want for a vacation. The location was good with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Donnelle and Tara were responsive to every question I had and fixed an issue immediately. The elevator was an issue at times, but was fixed. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. The balcony is the star attraction with comfortable seating and sunbathing lounge chairs. The wildlife is a nonstop attraction. Squirrel Monkeys, Howler Monkeys, Iguanas , Tuscans, Macaw and parrots abound. Such fun watching all the animals. It was an easy location for pickup by the tour vans too. I highly recommend this Villa.

Gerardo’s place is perfect and exactly as described. If you want a big beautiful beach with lots of sun and steady waves while feeling very safe this is the place for you. For us it was a bit too hot but hey, we are from Canada and are used to cold haha. Gerardo was very responsive to our inquiries and made our stay great.

The Shana is a great resort and Kent’s place was wonderful. Everything was so clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. We loved to sit and relax in the rocking chairs and watch the mischievous capuchin monkeys get into everything at the resort. So much space in this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. Will definitely come back.

Carrie was a host with excellent service. The place with many amenities, everything worked wonderfully. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is excellent, we had no problems getting in as the instructions were clear. It's definitely a place to come back !
